Beware of Jeff. He has samples from an USA based claimed manufacturer and when the product is delivered it is not the same as the sample. Bolder Image product comes from Mexico and is loaded with embalming fluid base glue aka formaldehyde. Shaw products are from Mexico. His products emit very toxic vapors that can destroy your air condition coils and is bad for your lungs also. Now he wont return phone calls. Jeff sounds like a used car salesman on the phone. He patronizes and agrees with you and tell everything you want to hear. His product and his way for doing business is not acceptable in any shape or fashion for a company that claim to sell only American made products. I’m still waiting to see my warranty for these 53 unlabeled unmarked boxes of firewood I paid for. No product number on delivery. Jeff has left the building!

The customer service here is amazing! They always treat you really well, but sometimes their prices can be a little high… Other than that though, they really try to give you what you pay for.
