Biltmore Property Management

Steve is probably the worst property manager I have ever seen. He never comes to the property. He always has an excuse for not doing anything. The building has issues that he is well aware of, yet he doesn’t give a shit. Bet your ass though, if you are one day late on the rent he will harass you until he gets it he refuses to disclose who the actual property owners are. He says if you want to file a complaint with them, about HIM, then give it to him and he’ll make sure they get it. Now that sounds legit doesn’t it? He hits on the women tenants until they stand up to him, then he treats them like shit for dismissing him. When the rent is due on the weekend (the first falls on a sat or sun), the gate is often closed to drop it off. If you pay it on the following Monday he charges a late fee. How the hell does that make any sense? He’s a real piece of shit and all the tenants know it. At least at this property that’s how it works.
