Horrible! I was on my way to an appointment and of course the gas light comes on. I pull up to get gas, and insert my card, and nothing comes up on the display. The guy on the other side of the pump is pumping gas, so I go inside and say
‘Hey, what’s going on with the pump?’ They tell me to pay inside, I said no, I am filling it with the card. «Ok, go try again» I go back out and the display still isn’t working, I go back inside and said ‘Hey, its still not working.” They shrug their shoulders and tell me to to go to another pump. The guy follows me, looks at the display and doesn’t have a clue, looks at me again and shrugs his shoulders. Do you know what a hassle it is to move your car to another pump in a gas station? Its even more frustrating when they are FULL! What a PITA! I did get to a pump and I was able to get gas. Meanwhile, The guy comes out and says he is sorry, but they had NO CLUE the pump wasn’t working, and they had no idea how to fix it or who to report the problem too. Duh!
