Being a girl, I was afraid that the men helping me would take advantage. I was proven otherwise! The man who helped me «Wyatt» was awesome. He was very honest and was genuinely interested in helping me. I was very pleased and got exactly what I needed for my car by just taking one trip here! I was so happy, definitely coming back if I need anything else for my car.

I stopped in the other night, pretty sure that I needed a new battery for my Honda CR-​V. The gentleman working there tested my battery to confirm, offered me a few options for a replacement, and quickly installed the new battery. He was so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated it!

Parts always are in stock, employees are quite helpful and friendly. I would like to make fewer visits, but having a 10 year old truck with damn near 200,000 miles on it makes that easier said than done.

I really hate going to places like this, but if I have to go, Auto Zone is my top choice. They have car parts of every shape, size and color and the staff is extremely helpful.
You can tell them what kind of car you have when you get there and let them know what you need and they can use their computer to look it up for you. They will either show you right where it is on their shelf or if they don’t have it, they will order it for you.
They will also recommend products for you and they will sometimes help you install said product if it’s an easy job. An employee put a battery in my friend’s car for her even. Talk about service!
