Automatic Gates and Access Control

Absolutely horrible service. I oversee several residential properties which have gated access and for the time being, im using Automatic gates to service and maintenance the gates which when you call to schedule service they might show up in 3 or 4 days if you’re lucky. I’m also in the middle of installing access gates at another property that I contracted Automatic Gates to do. Which I regret doing and should have seen issues coming because of their lack of service. The project is over 2 months behind schedule and each time I try and get answers I get nothing but excuses. Techs come out every once in a while and do absolutely minimal work. This isn’t the first access gate project I have done. But this is the first time I’ve used them to install gates. Unreal how unprofessional they are. I will NEVER use Automatic Gates again for install’s or service and will NOT recommend Automatic Gates to anyone. Management is incompetent and has no idea what they are doing and I really don’t think they care.
