Horrible! Where do I begin? First of all, I guess the fact that when I scheduled the appointment and heard a television blaring in the background, that I should have known this was not going to be the most professional place to deal with. Bottom line, they never showed up for the second appointment which was supposed to be when all the locks were changed. An entire afternoon wasted waiting for them and not even so much as a phone call to let us know that they decided they actually could not do the job. Really? The locks needed to be changed. How difficult is that? That is a basic job that really any locksmith should be able to do. Don’t waste your time. Such a disappointemnt…
