Ordered a cold cut combo sandwich with the Subway online app. Arrived at the store and was told they didn’t have white Italian bread that was ordered and wanted me to select a different bread. Why did they sell me something on the app they didn’t have? Why is the most common bread not available to make a sandwich? These were the questions asked. They were rude as hell and didn’t even apologize about it. This is a fine example of poor management. After expressing my disgust, the little 16 year girl retaliated by going across the sandwich 6 times slowly with the salt and pepper shaker. I didn’t say anything about that, but should have… Brought the sandwich home to my wife and after taking a bite she was pissed, saying she was crunching salt. She took the sandwich back to the store and they would not give her a refund as requested. They even told her if she didn’t leave they were going to call the police. I’ll be taking action against this store. Please avoid this place at all costs. Stores that are not customer friendly do not deserve your business. Buy from someone that appreciates you as a customer and wants to earn your business.

This does not even deserve one star. You ask for pastrami you get roast beef. They give you more pickles then meat. More mustard then meat. Mostly it was a bread sandwich. The staff, although friendly was not properly trained or supervised. I do not recommend this subway at all and I am sure I will never spend my money there again. I would hope that subway corporate will take notice and get this store up to subway standards.

Pretty decent sandwiches if you’re pressed for time. I work in the same area, and there’s not a lot of healthy options around when I do forget my lunch so this is always number one on my list to hit up. I usually get the tuna but I finally tried the meatball marinara the other day and wow! It was delicious! But the trick is to add in a little bit of everything when it comes to vegetables. And, you should always opt to eat your sandwiches there when it’s still fresh with the cheese just melted along with toasty warm bread. Overall, the store is well kept and the bathrooms are clean. My only gripe is – the tables next to the windows are NEVER bussed. I’ve always had to take a couple extra napkins to wipe down the crumbs. The service is pretty good and efficient. I’d say if you had to pick between this, the Wendy’s across the street, the Taco Cabana, or the Pizza Hut, this Subway is your best bet when it comes to reliably quick service!
