It was really good. My only complaint is that they call it a steak breakfast sandwich… it is not steak. It is roast beef

Unfortunately all the enthusiasm from the initial opening hasn’t held up. I’ve been back a few times and have found inconsistent quality and customer service. I will say that I enjoy their rapid order option and will probably use that more in the future. I’m a big soup person and unfortunately there is a shortage of good soup places in Pflugerville, so this one’s going to be it until something better comes along …

So… this PB must be working the kinks out still. This PB is also unlike others I’ve visited and seems to be suffering from a lack of proper management. I’ll give it a shot again in a few months to see if they have their act together. I recommend you do the same.

The food is good — but it’s the same exact thing you’d get at any Panera. What sets one Panera apart from another is the service — and this location is lacking in customer service skills. I ordered lunch for myself and my husband through their site. The food was ready on time, however the order was not accurate. In store, I realized that they forgot to give me my side of salad dressing. There are signs everywhere touting their accuracy and want to make things right. I brought this up to a cashier who then just went to the back and grabbed a side of dressing and resumed talking to the cashier next to her. Ok then. Once I got home, I noticed that the bread that I had requested to be sliced thin was not sliced at all. I called and spoke to a manager named Martin. He said that the system frequently does not tell them how to slice the bread, so I needed to put that in the comment section too. I ordered it correctly, per my ticket. He said to bring it back to them and they’d slice it. That’s 20 minutes out of my way. I requested that he refund me instead — to which he said he’d just take care of me next time. To just tell someone next time I’m there that Martin said to just take care of my bread. What!!! I contacted Panera via their online chat, only to find out that this location is owned by a franchisee. Oh hooray.

Love Panera bread. Their pastries/food do not disappoint. Broccoli cheese soup was amazing and so was my sandwich. The best part is being able to order online and have it waiting for you on the takeout shelf. You dont have to chat with anyone or really check your food. Its all there just grab and go. Very smart and painless. Quick service.

I have had the chicken Cobb salad with avocado a handful of times and it has been nothing short of spectacular every time. They are consistently fresh. The presentation varies a bit each time, but the taste is consistent. Their soups are pretty good. I will definitely be coming back!

Big, fancy & new… but, they just don’t do it for me. We all know the prices are high, and while the food is mostly tasty, the cost and quantity is just not parallel. Our visit here was drive thru, and we didn’t get our pickles. I did get out and go in, and the manager offered us a free treat for the inconvenience. That I loved! But, for the price, I’m happy to stick w TC.

So nice to see a Panera in Pflugerville when visiting family, but the pastries are kid sized. Why are the muffins $ 2.95 but smaller than homemade muffins. The taste was okay but each of the three pastries we bought turned into crumbs after a couple bites. Muffin, Cinnamon Scone, and Coffee Cake all near bite-sized. Isn’t this Texas? I’ll skip this Panera location until they get on par with the size and shape of a normal Panera pastry. Cannot recommend this location.

Alright, so my review might be lacking… A lot. I don’t like Panera Bread’s food menu, but that doesn’t mean I don’t like Panera Bread. They have a delicious assortment of bagels and baked goods and great coffee! Plus this drive thru business means I can grab coffee and bagels for the office if I want to be nice and if I’m not running late. My favorite is the asiago cheese bagel, which is more like a giant roll rather than a bagel. It’s so light and crispy you’ll easily forget that your consuming 5000000 calories plus cream cheese. Their hazelnut coffee is also delicious! Perfect and easy quick breakfast. Unlike me, fiancé loves the menu. He’s gone at least a dozen times since they’ve opened. He’s enjoyed many soups, sandwiches, and coffees and only once had a complaint. This was probably the third night they were open, he placed an order in the drive thru, came home, started on his soup, and found his half sandwich was missing. He went back maybe an hour and a half later and the manager was incredibly kind. He gave him a full sandwich and his choice of pastries. They were very apologetic. Great customer service goes a long way!

Not sure how you mess up Iced Tea… but this is my 2nd terrible Iced Tea experience. Tried Sweet Tea last week and it wasn’t even drinkable and tried an unsweet tea this morning and it is equally terrible… Food was good but y’all need to work on the tea !

Yeayyy!!! So excited this Panera finally opened! Things to try: butternut squash soup, souffles, broth bowls, frontega chicken panini Imo, the only underwhelming thing is the salads — good concepts, but usually unfilling portions and never enough dressing. I’m hoping it’s just new opening kinks to be smoothed out, but they need to step up their game on coordinating operations: 1) When dining in for breakfast they forgot to bring my soufflé out, even after my husband had gotten his breakfast sandwich. I had to go up to the bakery and ask for it. Then I had to go up a second time because they didn’t give me a fork. 2) When ordering pick-up online they mostly got our order right, except they forgot to include a bag of chips for one of the entrees. 3) When eating dinner at 7pm on a Thursday they forgot to bring us out chips again! I like your food, and love, love, love this location but get it together Panera!

I was so excited for a new place to eat in the ville, but the excitement didn’t last too long. My family has been three times so far. The first visit we went in to order to go, and have a chance to review the menu. After ordering and reviewing my receipt, our order was completely entered in wrong, even after the lady repeated our choices back. After flagging down a passing worker, our order was fixed. Second and third time was in the drive thru lane, each time as we pulled off and reviewed our bag, there were items missing. So both times we had to turn around and come back to a very crowded parking lot and go inside. Once inside, both times they seemed to careless that our order was wrong and we had to come in after being in the drive thru lane. My suggestions would be make sure before leaving the drive thru window to inspect your bag or while you wait for food inside to check your receipt. For the price of the food, mistakes each time we have visited and workers who could care less for the inconvenience of those mistakes, I don’t plan on returning anytime soon!

Very disappointed with the quality of food I was getting for the price. I went through the drive through so I can’t really say how customer service was. I ordered the tomato soup and it really tasted like canned soup and I tried their turkey and apple sandwich. Now I didn’t know what to expect because I’ve never been to a Panera Bread anywhere, but the sandwich bread was very doughy, raw almost. And it just seemed like they threw everything together. I’m disappointed because there was so much hype about this place. Unfortunately I will not be going back.

I’m really impressed with how smoothly their opening weekend was. Granted, the food took longer than usual to come out, but it was fresh, the bread was warm, and everything was just as good as you’d get from any other Panera. I like their design of the restaurant — it’s very spacious, lots of seating, and the tables aren’t crowded next to each other. It feels very open, which I really like! The food was great too, I was expecting something to go wrong(they’ve only been open for a few days folks) but everything we ordered was correct. They even warmed up the bread that came with our meals — it makes a huge difference. I was impressed. I’m really excited to have Panera so close to home, and so far, I’m quite pleased with the performance of this one!

Our first time eating at a Panera Bread. Roasted turkey apple cheddar sandwich and autumn squash soup was fantastic. Definitely returning.

Went for dinner at newly opened Panera Bread in Pflugerville. We found Hair in 1 Sandwich and later also found hair in a Salad bowl we ordered. When I told this to employee at counter, She did not even apologize for this mistake. Later when asked for Manager, Assistant Manager came out and refunded the money however did not offer to replace Salad Bowl. Poor Service and bad quality of food. Did not expect this from Panera Bread!

Absolutely horrible! It took them 45 minutes to bring our food. It seems like they were not organized at all in the kitchen. I had my one year old with us who was starving and screaming. We ended up having to get our food to go. The manager never even came up to us to apologize. The best they could do was give me a free cookie. I will honestly never come back here. This is my first bad experience with a panera bread.

I am so happy that Panera is in Pflugerville! So service is great at the new location, but I was super disappointed with the new Kale Salad. It was basically a Caesar Salad with a two sprigs of Kale for twice the cost of the basic Caesar. It just seemed like something was missing.
