First, their pricing came in significantly less than a competitor. They offered a whole house discount, etc. Secondly Saulo was very professional and straightfoward from beginning to end. On the day of install he was present throughout the day to check on the installer’s progress. Lastly, after install I had a couple of concerns by way of my slab choice, but Saulo addressed them promptly by offering generous solutions. The install guys were friendly and courteous as well. Outstanding customer service, execution, and pricing. I will definately use these guys for future projects.
