I wish I could put 0 stars because I have yet to see this woman! I bought the Morgan’s Deal six months ago and have regularly been trying to schedule a time for her to come clean my house. Everytime I’d contact her she would say she is booked for the next 2 – 3 months and wouldn’t want to settle on a date. Finally, after insisting that I wanted to get on her calendar, she gave me a date 7 weeks from when we scheduled. I waited my 7 weeks and the morning she was supposed to arrive, I received an e-mail saying she couldn’t come because she couldn’t find. babysitter. So we asked to reschedule and she said she couldn’t come for another 4 weeks. We requested a sooner date and she strung us along with a date she supposedly was to have a cancellation. But of course that didn’t pan out so we waited our assigned 4 weeks. She confirmed that she would come the 29th at 10am. Surprise, surprise… 10am comes and goes with no word from Angela. Finally, around noon someone callls us and says Angela is not coming and will be unable to reschedule so we should pursue getting a refund for our coupon she is refusing to honor! Both my husband and I are small business owners and would never dream of treating a customer in this manner for any reason! She obviously feels like she doesn’t need to honor her commitments and is a terrible business woman. I urge you to look at the real reviews on this page because her track record of not showing up seems to be a real problem for her. One thing that personally irks me is that she masquerades as this Christian woman(signs all e-mails with«In His Service»). I would urge her to stop this practice because it gives other Christians a bad name. If you talk the talk, you’ve got to walk the walk! To sum up, this woman is not to be trusted(unless you are already perhaps one of her regular customers — I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt that she might actually clean something if she makes to your house). Fortunately, since my husband is an attorney we will be pursuing legal action against her for offering a service(and taking money for it) she never intended to provide. You just can’t mess with people for 6 months and just expect them to go away when they’ve paid you!

I scheduled the first appointment two months out because her schedule was full, which was due to the demand from Morgan’s Deal customers. The day of my appointment I called multiple times to confirm my appointment and even emailed, but did not get a response. my fiancée waited at home for 4 hours until he finally left. She never did show up. Apparently she changed calendars and my appointment didn’t transfer. Then I had to wait another month to schedule my next appointment. Luckily this time she did arrive. I wasn’t at home but my fiancée said she was very friendly but we were both disappointed with the service. I was expecting to come home to a clean smelling house. She did a good job on the bathroom sinks, but my main priority was dusting… but everything was still very dusty and nothing was moved to dust. VERY disappointing.

I don’t know what happened to Angela. I scheduled two services with her. She showed up for the first one. But never showed up for the second one. I even got off from the work to wait for her. I called her many times to try to figure out why there is no show. She just ignored my call. And I called Morgan’s deal to get refund. They said they couldn’t find her either. And Morgan’s deal only wants to give me the merchandise credit back. Bad experience with both of them.

Bad customer service. Would not return phone calls or emails. Never got services scheduled. Morgan’s Deals is definitely not Groupon. 2ndMD vendor that was not professional.
