I bought a bed from here last night and when my husband went to pick it up this morning, they had sold it to someone else. Make sure that if you buy a big item from here, that the salesperson is competent and makes a «sold» sign for your item. I naively assumed that it should go without saying that the item I paid for wouldn’t be sold to someone else.

Horrible service, the cashiers ignored us while they laughed and chit-chatted. No one ever rung us up for our items so we walked out and didn’t buy anything. Not coming back here again, someone needs to teach those girls the value of costumer service, I doubt they’ll get a job working anywhere else than Goodwill.

It looks to be a new building, as it looks much bigger and more industrial-looking than other Goodwills I’ve seen. Since it is bigger, it also has much more clothing than other stores, which each have a separate price tag(the Goodwill closer to home as a clothing-type system, for example all short sleeve shirts are $ 5.95). There are many dressing rooms that are large with the basic mirrors and hooks to hang your things. There is also a section in the corner with higher-priced luxury items, but it looks like those are for auction, with a sign for the website nearby. Customer service could be better, as not a single staff member acknowledged my presence in the store, but I’ll say it’s because the store was quite busy that day.

I think this is a great goodwill. There are always lots of options and good deals and good parking… They always have new stuff.

I found a couple nice things here but unfortunately due to poor customer service on more than one occasion had to write this review. On one occasion, I was sorting through my cart near the register trying to determine what I was going to buy and was told I could not set anything on the dining table that was for sale. Literally a minute later, another customer began doing the same thing and the same employee who told me I could not do that struck up a long conversation with her(they seemed to know each other but still — I was right there!). On another occasion, I waited in line at least 10 minutes only to be told I the credit card system was down and on top of that could not leave my items on hold longer than 30 minutes. I went to another store and found a couple dresses for half the price. I am not sure I will return.
