Spent 6 weeks going back and forth with Ginny. When we sat down in her office, cashiers check in hand, she was off on all numbers we’d agreed on. She eventually pulled up all of our email communications and it turned out she never sent what we were offering to the home owner, she said she’d forgotten or was too busy, but she had the proof in her hands of email correspondence with myself noting amounts that were agreed upon. I’ve since heard other similar reports on Ginny’s work and right away, though I should post this on Unilocal,because it would have been nice to see prior to starting my work with her. In the end, we walked out and had to continue looking for a home… ALL OVER AGAIN
