We called them for 3 days, eventually resorting to emailing them copious times. We finally received an email back and told them exactly what we wanted and it took them 2 days to continue to ask the same questions over and over. When they finally figured it out, they had pushed everything back until 3 days until the event. They dumped us to find someone else. Completely incompetent.

We ordered our wedding cake from Petaluma Cake Company this past August. The cake turned out beautiful and delicious. The care and thoughtfulness that Trina showed from the planning stages through the delivery of the final product was unmatched. We would definitely recommend Petaluma Cake Company.

I had a cake made last weekend for my baby shower and was absolutely blown away how beautiful it was when it arrived for the event. I had send a photo of what I wanted the cake to look like, but seeing it person, the photo didn’t do it justice (she matched the style, look and colors perfectly — it was exactly what I wanted). It was a sculpted work of art and tasted even better — the cake itself was moist and sweet and the fondant (which is my favorite part of the cake!) was delicious. Their prices are also very affordable and a million times worth it for the quality you get with the final product. Trina did a fabulous job and she was super friendly and easy to work with — I really enjoyed the entire experience from ordering to delivery. I will definitely be calling on them again for future cake needs — these people are simply awesome!
