Great prices for good quality flowers but disappointing customer service. I ordered tulips for my April wedding at a great price. We were trying to save money by using simple arrangements and whole sale prices. I asked if we could pick up fresh the morning of the wedding at an agreed time and was told that was fine. The day before the wedding I received an email that the flowers could not be picked up until an hour later than agreed. I felt it was a little unprofessional as I wasn’t contacted until this the DAYBEFORE the wedding and felt frustrated at being told I would have to push back all my wedding arrangements on my wedding day to pick-up the flowers. When we received the tulips on that day they were not blooming and very small. We were told not to put them in water and that they would keep for a week. They were not beautiful for my wedding day but a few days later and after being put into water they bloomed and were gorgeous! See Pictures below. I complained and was told that this was my fault. And that it was not their job to get the timing right. I still believe as a professional florist it would have been reasonable for them to tell me that the flowers should be picked up a few days before hand if I wanted them in bloom on a certain day. But again I was told that this was not their job. After asking for an apology and still only getting a lecture about«the flower business» and a half hearted I’m sorry but its not my fault. I settled for a small refund to compensate for my disappointment which I really do appreciate. But honestly I really wished for a more sincere apology and for the person selling them to recognize what happened was bad customer service and honestly could have been avoided because the flowers, once blooming, were beautiful for almost a full week! I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. And I hope that Neve Roses II learns from this. My advice: It is possible to get your flowers from these guys for your wedding at a great price, just make sure that you pick them up a few days early!

Love Neve Roses! Andrew and Lisa are both wonderful to work with. They’re one of my favorite local growers — they have a great selection of locally grown flowers instead of imports from South America. You can’t go wrong with them! And they’re open six days a week including Saturdays(at the SF Flower Mart)!

Searching for local flower vendors for my wedding, I came across Neve Roses II at the downtown Sunday morning farmers market. After comparing the prices and selection of several local flower marts and checking online resources I decided to go with Neve Roses. The prices were great and the person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. The only negative was that my fiancé had to drive from Sacramento to Petaluma the day before the wedding to pick up the flowers, but we still ended up getting a great deal even factoring in the price of gas. I wish they were closer so I could drop in, but at least I can support them via the farmers market.

my only choice for a fresh bouquet or single stem. there are always a huge selection of bright, fresh neve flowers at whole foods and they are local! ’nuff said. i went to get flowers for a baby shower and got 20 gerbera daisies, all of which were perfect, not wilted. i also got a mixed arrangement for the mommy-to-be which was beautiful! and not to mention, they aren’t over-priced. :)
