Not from this area. The smoothie was good but the cashier(Danielle) was not friendly at all. She was not customer service driven and appeared to not care to be there.

This place needs to open earlier then 8am. Most juicers are up and rolling prior to 8am. Lost my business.

The servers here LISTEN to you and what you want and try very hard to accomodate you. There juices are FANTASTIC and you get them quickly!!! Great experience!

Best smoothies EVER! I’m a creature of habit And get the mango a go go smoothie every time. I highly suggest this one which is blended with mango, pineapple and passion fruit. You can’t get much more delicious than that. Quick, healthy lunch or snack!

Smoothie was good. But the kid at the counter didn’t say hello or anything. He just stared at me. He didn’t ask if I was ready, just continued staring… So I ordered. He just handed my receipt to me and still didn’t say anything. Same when he handed me my smoothie. And I went in to get a smoothie to feel better…

I came in and asked if they had anything like a piña colada even though I didn’t see it on the menu(I had had one like this here before). Was told yes and charged for it. Waited some time as they were petty busy. The dude behind me was served his smoothie and after taking a drink of it went to the counter saying it tasted like piña colada. Turned out that they gave him my drink. I went up and told them I was waiting on a piña colada. They then remade both of ours. He went on his way but they handed me something that tasted like strawberry banana. When I told them I had ordered a piña colada I was told by some other employee that they don’t have that anymore. When I told him I paid for something, he looked at my order I had in fact paid for a piña colada. They told me they couldn’t make it for me(I have no idea how they could for the dude behind me in line and not me) so I ended up waiting around another 5 minutes(and having to ask about the status of my order) before I finally walked out with something else entirely. Very disappointing. Oh and the kicker? I paid for a medium with a boost but was given a small without it.

Kind of annoying that every time I go they«ran out of peanut butter.» Then when they had me my smoothie is overflowing out of the lid. Sadness. Oh and my sausage, egg and cheese wrap was basically all egg.

I really like this Jamba Juice. Most of the staff knows the drinks and everyone is friendly. E Washington is getting BUSY so cross over to go East can be a drag, but at least I have my Mango A-Go Go to past the time!

This place is HORRIBLE. You’d think if they were going to send out coupons, they’d actually honor them or know they existed. This is the second time I’ve gone in and been over charged. This is also the second time they refuse to give me back the money they overcharged me. I’m not rich, I don’t have money to just throw away whether its 2 dollars or 20. This is very aggravating, and upset me so much that I will honestly never enter this place again. Half the time, the drinks are also very watery and tasteless. So they scam people AND fill there drinks with water rather than fruit. No more Jamba Juice, I’m done.

Their menu is always good. I like that they keep the main thing is they keep adding something new to keep the menu fresh. My son and I go in to get treats and they know us well enough to inform us about new specials and products. And are informative about what has dairy and what is dairy free so that they can meet our dietary needs Thanks Jamba

I enjoy the Jamba Juice smoothies here and all the staff are nice — except the owner/manager woman who acts like an erratic robot yelling at her staff singing loudly and off key while the staff are trying to do their job and when she has to take an order and work the register she talks at you not to you and trys to sell you everything in the place and assumes you want boosts in your drink. She is so weird and off I don’t want to come in here anymore because of her. I feel bad for her staff having to put up with her odd behaviour. I agree with the other reviewer who mentioned this — she is in need of some serious customer service skills/training!

The smoothies are always made very good here, but the management irks me. A couple weeks ago I was quite irritated to see the lone worker taking six separate orders and then having to make them all by himself creating a longer wait time for the customers. I know he went to the back to tell the manager, but that lady did not appear until everyone had left the store(I was still in my car). And as a manager, she could definitely use a smile and some customer service skills. On a separate occasion when she made my smoothie, all she said when she put my smoothie on the counter was, «Come back and try the new pumpkin blast smoothie» without any eye contact or enthusiasm in her voice. I don’t think I’m being unfair, but I’ve worked as a server and a manager for six years and I feel like this lady needs customer service skills classes.

I love jamba juice, and I was so happy when it came to Petaluma! I’m bummed to give this place 2 stars, but the staff sucks! I always try going back hoping things will be different but they are SLOW! I can’t go in the mornings before work because they take too long. Also, the last time I went my smoothie tasted dirty :/

The Petaluma Jamba Juice is Amazing. The customer service is the best. I know their names and they greet me by my name. They’re friendly and fun to joke around with. They remember my drink, and make it taste delicious. I always leave Jamba Juice smiling. If I’m having a bad day, I look forward to going there, not just for their delicious peanut butter mood with caffeine, but because of their positive energy. I leave Jamba Juice happier and with more energy.

Hard to rate a Jamba Juice because it’s difficult to set them apart from one another… but this one has managed to mess up my drinks on numerous occasions.

One of the best Jamba’s that I have been to! Lots of parking in the front and great location for me because it’s right next door to my lunch spot, Whole Foods! Every time I have been there… no lines and fast service! The Jamba by my house always takes so long to make drinks and I think it is because there is such a high turnover rate there. The jamba near my work is quick, fast, and friendly! Will most definitely come here more often!

«I’m your number 1 fan, JJ» Whispering this, but not in a threatening Kathy Bates manner. One can learn to become quite appreciative of anything Jamba associated when walking around the hot hot afternoons in Petaluma. And I confess, I’ve been spoiled by SF weather. I’m a f***ing wimp when it comes to heat. I was looking specifically for something cold and frosty. In addition, I decided on a cool drink run for a special someone who was nearby… who could turn down a sweet treat as a drop off afterthought? This location is diagonal from the Whole Foods in the same square and it was packed. Right down to the impatient older little man who asked me if I was in line and motioned impatiently, given that I had not moved up to the counter. «Excuse me? Yes, I’m in line. We’re in the same line, sir.» He made a somewhat harried action with his facial features and shook his head with impatience and motioned to the counter. WTH. I was waiting for the staff person to finish his transaction… I can’t stand rude customers who just roll on up to the window assuming such. I can wait until I’m called. And that man can kiss my big butt. I ordered my usual Macha mini and although it was no longer listed on their menu, I was able to put in a request of the Blackberry Blitz, which they made with no questions asked. A good range of frosty/fruity/creamy drinks in various sizes in addition to a small variety of baked goods. I am personally a fan of their apple Cinnamon pretzels, which they toast for you while you wait.

I just came here to say that I wish they’d stop it with the«turkey syndrome»(trying to be something they’re not. To the Jamba Juice corporate kiddos: You sell smoothies. Let that be enough. You don’t need to sell oatmeal, pretzels, or for godsakes, wraps.

I usually get the chunky strawberry thing. Also, I get the chocolate brownie cookie and an oatmeal cookie. Then make a sandwich out of them.
