Tacos El Palenque

I’m back, one week later and it’s Miller Time on Fox News.
I think this is one of the best taco shops in the area, I can’t really do a 5 star rating, but it comes damn close.
Today I had something new cabeza, I can honestly say I love head whenever I can get it, but I’ve never had in a taco.
I’ve read a couple of reviews saying how great it taste, cabeza is cow head. I love cow stuff, steak ribs, all the normal white guy stuff, I’ve had cow tongue before which is lengua, OK, didn’t like it that much, many people do, but I’m not a fan of getting tongue from a cow or head really, but-​what-​the-​fuck, it’s meat it’s cooked and it’s in a taco.

Carne Asada Taco, the meat is tasty and flavorful with some heat to it, a couple of pieces where a little over cooked, but still OK, with onions and cilantro. 3.5
Chicken Taco, looks like the same chopped meat as other places, but taster then most, seasoned will, cooked will, no grill marks, but that’s OK, it’s tasty, onions and cilantro. 3.5
Al Pastor Taco, chopped meat in a lately flavorful adobo sauce, not real sweet which is good, I’m not looking for a toothache after eating tacos, onions and cilantro. 3
Carnitas Taco, good, and eatable, nothing really special about it’s in the same group as Del Taco carnitas taco, fast food style, onions and cilantro. 2.5
Cabeza Taco, this is my first time trying this, so I don’t know what is good or bad, but like I said, head is always a good thing, from a cow, older spanish lady (maybe not that great) collage coed, however you can get it in a normal way, this was cooked cow meat tasty, better then the al pastor and carnitas, onions and cilantro, the owner/​clerk told me to use the green sauce with it, so I did, she should know what is good head or bad head and what goes best with it, and she did. 4
This place is clean, one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen in a taco shop, very pleasant service, I’ll be going back just because of owner/​clerk being so nice.
The tacos came with grilled caramelized onions and cactus with a jalepeno pepper.
