Today will be the last time I come here. How hard is it to take an order like seriously. After telling the cashier at the drive thru window MULTIPLETIMES that I wanted to add to my order it simply wouldn’t process through their brains. Coming home to find out my order was wrong I called back and found myself speaking with a very rude and unprofessional so called worker. Don’t waste your money at this location.

These guys cat seem to get simple orders right. I come here for lunches and they get my orders wrong about 40% of the time. Avoid this place if you can unless you like to gamble.

This property is a typical Jack in the box in an industrial blue color area. Food is standard fare along with the prices for this chain. The property is not as clean as it could be but still ok for a quick stop for breakfast, lunch, or a snack Always have found parking but there is a lot of truck traffic in the area so careful driving entering and exiting is wise

Horrible service. They seen me standing at the counter but took awhile to acknowledge me. I ordered and the cashier continuously asked if that was it after ever item, as if they had something more important to do. I ordered a burrito with no meat because if I ingest any I puke. When receiving my food, the individual dropped the tray on the table with attitude and just walked away. Then, half-way through my burrito I stopped and to go vomit.

Isn’t the best and isn’t the worst, but I’ve been going here after work, it’s decent and very fast, never really had a big complaint. The only issue and you might have to remind them to give you stuff, like sauce or sometimes they forget your drink, that’s only happened once/twice to me.

I normally never leave a comment for fast food joints unless they do fantastic service or they have done horrible service. Never have I ever been to a jack in the box, let alone any other fast food joint, that has left me beyond upset with this place. To explain my experienece, it was myself my boyfriend and a friend in the vehicle out here visiting a friend, who just recently moved. we wanted to stop and get food before we went to her house, and unfortunately this is really the only thing available within a couple of miles. So we pulled up to the a jack in the box drive through to start ordering. When we decide what we want and pull up to the speaker box, I get one order done and tell her I have 2 more meals I need to order. She tells us,” Sorry, no one in the drive through can order more than 2 meals.“ I am so dumbfounded I kept thinking, this had to be a joke. But maybe its a weird rule that this JBX has. However, it would have been nice to have been notified because there was no signs that had said you can only order two meals per vehicle in the drive through area. The girl tells us if we want to order more than two meals that we would have to go inside. i’m a bit annoyed because I am in a hurry to get to my friends house, but we’re hungry so we decided to stop and go inside. We go inside, where there are 2 people in the dining room and no vehicles in the drive through. We stand there for 5 minutes waiting for service, and finally 4 people magically appear from the back. We order, and as we are, a car pulls up with 3 people inside. I see them order, get there order and leave. I am now extremely angry because with another 5 minutes, I see another 2 cars pulls up with 4 people inside them. A mini van and a lexus. I dont know why I was denied service, but I am upset that these customers were not denied service. As we begin to get drinks, I see the 3 employees(one of them the manager) Who all begin to say horrible things about us in spanish. I keep my mouth closed, little does she know that I do know what she said. But now I am afraid she’ll tamper with my food. After we see a 4th car order and get there food and drive awAy, we still have not received our food. We ask for the manager, who says her name is «Margarita.» We ask why does it take more than 5 minutes to get our food when we have seen four cars coming go? No answer. We ask her what the time limit is for fast food orders, and she says 3 minutes. Uhhhmmm. We pulled up at 3:50, got our order in by 4, and now its 4:10. Seriously? Than I point to the 5th car that has pulled up with 4 passengers(a lexus) and ask her, how many people are in that car? And she doesnt answer. She tells us «Have a nice day.» This place deserves no stars, and that woman CLEARLY does not know what customer service or tje responsibility of her job is. even while waiting there were 2 dead flies at out table. Id figure if you can’t do your job or be nice, you think it would be clean. But I guess thats wishful thinking. I’d suggest to go elsewhere. ill be calling Jack in the Box headquarters to complain as well.

This location is convenient it’s right off the freeway before heading home. The service is friendly, the drive through is fast. Downside their shake machine was down and they forgot to give me my soda. Other than that it’s the best place to eat at because it’s opened 24 hr and the other places near by close late.

***** Pit stop review(Perris) ***** There aren’t that many options to choose from in the immediate area. The area is primarily industrial and agricultural with a lot of big rigs. It’s like a truck stop. The food was exactly what I expected and it hit the spot. The folks here were working hard keeping the facility clean mopping the floors. This location is open 24 hrs. for both the drive thru and the dining area! That makes for a great pit stop if you’re in the area or just need a break. Food = as expected Seating area = very clean Service = friendly Restroom = clean

I normally will not review fast food joints… the food should all taste the same from franchise to franchise, after all. However, I just spent several minutes listening to my husband try to order drive thru here. Unlike the not recommended reviews, the employee did appear to speak English. However, there is something else going on… either the headset needs replacing, or she isn’t paying even a little attention to her job. On the bright side, our order all appears to be present.
