The 5 star review is not so much for Uhaul itself, but more so for their employee Jennifer at the Perrine location. SHE gives Uhaul a good name. No matter how busy that place gets, she treats you with the utmost professionalism and time that a customer deserves. She knows the true meaning of customer service! She single handedly resolved an issue that not even the GM was able to resolve (or cared to resolve, better said). Thank you Jenny for your amazing service! You are the only reason we continue to be Uhaul customers.

This was a horrible experience. Not only did the employees give me attitude, but they were fighting about who’s going to help me hookup the trailer, they also made me wait outside for about 15 minutes before they figured out who was gonna help. Worst customer service ever!!! I have been to other u haul locations and have had a great experience but I do not recommend this location. I would rather carry my equipment on my back.

Pray to god you don’t have an issue with uhaul because they don’t care! It will take you several weeks for some one to call you back and then they will offer you a joke of a resolution. If you value your time and money, rent from some one else.

No complaints except the front desk can get kinda backed up as they only have one person working there at a time. I’ve moved with these guys a few times and it’s always been pleasant. The staff are all nice and helpful. And I’ve rented a pick up, a ubox, a trailer, and gotten a hitch installed, all good experiences. Would definitely use them again. The uhaul customer service is a bit different, but that’s a corporate complaint not one for this store in particular. 5*‘s :)
