Horrible lady. Lady was sewing my work pants for me and I brought my shoes in for the exact length. She asked me if that was a good length. I told her sure. Being that I can’t exactly see the length from the back. Even with a mirror it’s hard to tell. I wore both the pants to work 2 times each. And the hemming came completely off. I brought them back and told me she uses silk threading. So I asked to re-sew them for me and she said she could do it. But I asked her to sew it up a little more so that they wouldn’t get caught to my shoes. And she said I would have to pay for them again if I did that. She refused to re do it for me for free saying it was my fault. And I even told her I know nothing about seeing and I couldn’t see eye level to the bottom of the pants. But she said no. She could re see the exact same spot for again at no charge. I said what’s the point if it’s gonna come apart again?! She said not my problem. Haven’t been back since and I never will. I bought a sewing machine and started sewing my own. So much better and so much cheaper being that I am short and need lots of pants hemmed.

I’ve been taking jeans and slacks here for a few months now. People are nice and always have my items done by the quoted date. I always pay up front and have never had problems with them charging me more when I pick my items up

She does good work however she quoted me a certain price. I paid half on it. She apparently forgot to add dune hem work that she did. Instead of admitting hey mistake and calling it a day. She demanded that I pay for it, said she was going to take the hem out of my wedding dress. I told her it was her error abd I wasn’t going to pay it. She yelled at me in front of another customer. We finally settled it with me paying what I told her I was, the balance due, her putting sine bad mojo on me and me leaving. Terrible customer service. If you make a mistake then you have to deal with it not pressure your customer to pay it, berate them and get crazy. Had she called me earlier to inform me of the error I would have gladly paid for it, but not when I have my credit card out to pay what I believed was the balance due.
