Computer Troubleshooters

Bruce, the owner and operator of Computer Troubleshooters Northwest Phoenix, is absolutely amazing! After almost a year of trying to get rid of the ghosts in our reception computer of our office, it finally works — thanks to Bruce! Apparently there was a «rootkit infection». So… for the past year our computer has had slow downs, freezes and a bunch of other irritating processing problems which Dell customer service (multiple times), Staples (1) and Office Max (1) and a friend who is a computer programmer (1) could just not fix. When it started throwing up the famous «blue screen of death» we were at the point of just replacing the fairly new and very expensive computer when I called Bruce based upon a direct mailing he had sent our business. He explained his background to me as a fixer at Qwest and educated me about his deep and wide knowledge of business IT systems. He then proved he knew what he was doing and banished the ghosts in the machine. You have no idea how much better my daily life at work is knowing the computer is not going to crash when I am printing out a receipt or looking up a client record. This man is an IT genius. He is also a very good educator and can speak to the less computer-​oriented in clear and simple English, which I really appreciated. We will be calling Bruce in a few months to consult on how to make our IT more effective for our small office, as that is what his specialty is — being the IT department for small businesses. He has my utmost confidence and I highly recommend him and his business!
