Dr. Ewbank is bar none the nicest doctor I’ve ever met with. She has gone above and beyond each time I’ve met with her.
The other staff are for the most part very nice. I’m always kindly greeted as soon as I walk in. At least one of the nurses has remembered me by name which goes a long way in making me feel appreciated.
The waiting rooms are sometimes uncomfortably full, but that’s the nature of an allergy clinic. People who get their allergy therapy injections have to wait around 20 more minutes to make sure they don’t have a negative reaction so it’s inherent to the business. I don’t hold that against them but it’s worth noting.
