Brought in my Macbook Pro which was as dead as a doornail. The Apple tech(Robert) checked out and found that Apple would replace my bad components for free! So they fixed my Mac and didn’t even charge me the usual«bench fee» of $ 60, which is great! Maybe Apple covered it who knows, all I know is these folks are OK in my book.

I had to get my topcase on my macbook pro replaced, and it was done very quickly! I liked how they periodically updated you via phone call or voicemail. Would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone!

My Lenovo netbook needed a new power jack, one of the simplest and most common repairs for laptops. They charge a flat $ 150+ fee, which is expensive, but they are the only local store open later than 5 pm. It took the technician 4 days to figure out that there was a sliding lock switch next to the power button. Once she figured that out, the repair took less than 24 hours. Obviously, she should have taken more time, because it was broken again the 3rd time I connected the power cord. The next technician assured me there would be no charge for repairing it again if it was the same issue, which it was. A solder joint had broken, again a simple repair. The same issue happened the 2nd time I plugged it in. This time, because I hadn’t paid for the 2nd repair and the 30 day warrantee from the initial repair had expired, they wanted to charge me another $ 150+ to fix it. Shoddy work, worse service, and a huge a-hole on the phone. I recommend you find someone that charges by the hour and has more respect for their own work.

My iMac completely died on me. It wouldn’t power on at all. After a support call, Apple sent me to Tech Advanced as it was still within the one year warranty. When Robert tried to verify the warranty, Apple denied it as the purchase date was wrong in their system. He was very helpful in assisting me to get that corrected. He kept in constant contact with apple and kept me updated. I took the Computer in on Labor Day Monday and the warranty was verified on Wednesday. The logic board had to be replaced and was ordered right away. I had it back on Thursday! I was so very impressed with the customer service and turnaround time! Thank you Tech Advanced!

Love this place for repairing our Apple products. They replaced a failed hard drive on our iMac. They replaced a faulty TimeCapsule. Now they repaired our MacBook Air when the hinge cracked and the screen went white. Although it was out of warranty, they said that they had a few MBAs with the same problem and Apple has been authorizing the fix for free. They seem very experienced with Apple products. They also had it back to us in 48 hours. Great service. Highly recommend.
