SpringHill Suites Pensacola

I stayed here for 6 weeks so I think I got a pretty good impression of the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and professional. Probably one of the best value hotels off the beach in terms of quality. Hotel facilities feel new, however the sound insulation for rooms could be better. Rooms are not the largest I’ve stayed in, but more than sufficient. Gym has two treadmills, a gliding machine, and some free weights.
Ample sized pool, there’s always at least a few beach chairs open even during their busiest weekends. Cleaning staff comes and goes, but they seemed friendly and thorough. I have no complaints regarding the cleanliness of my room. Breakfast is usually a good spread. Oatmeal, bagels, various pastries, sausage, eggs, milk and juice. Menu rotates between days for some added variety.
On busy weekends during the summer, ask the front desk about 3^rd party shuttle services to the beach. Parking at the beach can fill up quickly and you can usually save some cash taking a shuttle over getting a cab.

I stayed here because of the reviews posted and glad we did. The rooms are clean and comfortable beds and hot breakfast with a nice staff. I will stay here again and recommend.

Because of the other reviews, I was hopeful that it would be clean and fresh. It is!!! Great value for any traveller. The hotel is clean, and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. Marriott brands almost always deliver. This one certainly did!

Very nice Hotel… perhaps the best deal in the area. Would stay again.

Hot water available for self serve in lobby (tea drinkers will appreciate this)
Small to medium size towels available by pool area
Microwave /​Fridge available in rooms (big plus)
Cons:
Breakfast could be better. (not much different from other similar Hotels)
Coffee was a bit sour, better off going elsewhere for your morning fix
Elevator is little slow, good thing there’s only 4 floors
Fitness center is small, think I saw 3 or 4 treadmills, a bench and free weights
No safe box in rooms
Strange outside entrance to the pool (no walkway)
As you can see, pros clearly outweigh the cons. Not the biggest Hotel, only four floors, pool is average, lobby is typical for this style of Hotel. Loved the size of the bedrooms, the bathroom and closet also offer plenty of room. Hotel is clean and provided great service, four star Hotel imo. had a very good experience overall.

As a 20 year retired military family, we have traveled extensively. Out of all the hotels we have stayed at, one of the absolute best is right here in out back yard. We can honestly say, the SpringHill Suites here in Pensacola is right up there with the best hotels in the country! You WILL NOT be disappointed! :)

Stayed here one night on the way to Orlando. An updated and upgraded Springhill Suites design. The hotel is nearly new and features a new room design which is very modern and functional. The bathroom area is separated by a sliding door which has frosted glass. The only negative is when the bathroom light is turned on it really lights up the bedroom portion as well. The check in was quick and easy and the host was pleasant. There were several restaurants in the area. We picked up some NYPD pizza which was good and a 3 minute drive. There was a Whataburger also a 3 minute drive. The breakfast was the normal fare but good. I never saw someone working the breakfast and noticed they started to run out of things. I left soon after I ate so I’m not sure if they came replenished. We arrived late and left early so I couldn’t get a feel for the area around the hotel but it seemed okay. Pretty easy and quick on\off I-​10. I would definitely recommend the property. I don’t know if we had «neighbors» or not but we didn’t hear any other guests from our room.

Excellent breakfast along with super service, especially from the night staff (Here’s looking at you Joanne!) We stayed here the day on Christmas eve and then again 5 days later, both times every aspect of the stay was wonderful. The gym is open 24 hours and the constant availability of hot tea and coffee is a nice bonus. Rooms are modern and functional, with decent size bathrooms. The location is great for shopping and jumping on and off I-​10. Absolutey nothing to complain about.

The hotel is new so expected it to be nice and it was. The best part is the staff was super friendly and helpful. My new PNS spot.

This hotel is HOTTT! Disappointed I only stayed one night. Super clean and super fresh. Very impressed. If I ever come back to Pensacola, I will definitely be staying here. Thanks for a great night away from home.
