If you’re a local, this is probably a fine park to visit. As a tourist, it’s not worth your stop unless you’re visiting the shops in Downtown(which also is not worth your stop aside from the Bodacious Olive and a Pensacola Bay Brewery). The pictures here are shot at ideal angles. The park itself is clean but the ambiance and scenery are not there. And unless you walk up Palafox, the side streets immediately near this park are bordering on sketchy.

So fun! My kids loved the splash pad. I wish we had more time to explore the restaurants & shops. They looked so quaint!

Such a beautiful view at sunset. This is a great place when you just want to sit out and relax after a long day and enjoy looking out at bodies of water and curious yet pretty birds around. You can partake in fishing, random talking or walking to nearby restaurant and bar in close vicinity such as Jaco’s. I recommend at least one visit to this area. Truly clean and all around pleasant and beautiful visit. Parking can be a little rough, so expect a short walk especially in the afternoon if visiting this location.

This area used to be called Bayfront Auditorium to any old school Pcola’s:-) Its now a public square, some call it Plaza de Luna too. Its very nice. You can fish off the bay, watch the huge ships come in at the port, have dinner at Jaco’s, watch the sunset, feed the pelicans, let the kids cool off at the water jet fountains, eat lunch on the benches during your lunch break if you work downtown, go walking or jogging and sometimes during summer night they have free concerts out here. Very family friendly. I enjoy this spot.
