Ok. So I drove 20 miles to get a quarter muffaletta and waited for 5 minutes and nobody came to the drive thru. So I go up to the pay window only to be told that they were out of muffulettas. Not a happy camper

Good place for a nice sandwich fix if you don’t want the subway nastiwich, I like it! The pastrami sandwich was big and worth the 10 bucks!

Nice facility and pretty clean. Pretty fast service. Tasty food. Prices are competitive, especially since you get to customize your selection. Recommend:(1) the California Club with fruit on the side;(2) the Tuna Melt with chips(although it gives me heartburn);(3) the Maine Lobster Chowder(available seasonally only, though); the Jason’s Deli sodas. The salad bar is above-average; it’s filling, too, with the free bread. Most day-staffers are over-friendly; they won’t leave you alone. At night, the staff disappears; you can’t find one because they are all cleaning in the back. They need more staff, but every place tries to operate their business with a skeleton crew. It’s all about the bottom line. They need more in-depth training, too, because only managers can do much except take your order, if that. But I keep going back. It’s light-years better than the local Wendy’s – OMG! Our local Wendy’s should be arrested for impersonating a restaurant.

I came back a 3rd time. Salad bar was not pretty at all. Loose food droppings all over. On counter, on floor. Once again the salad bar looked unsupervised and nasty. This visit was a to go order. I ordered a lettuce wrap for my wife, which she liked. I requested a roast beef sub sandwich, on wheat bread. I guess they do not know what a sub sandwich means, because I received a plain sandwich. I enjoyed the sandwich, but it was not what I wanted… but I did like it. I asked specifically when I was handed the to go bag, if I received napkins. I was told ‘Yes’. I ended up using gauze pads from a drawer in Sacred Heart because they forgot the napkins. Overall… the food was good, but it is obvious that management control, OR training of employees is lacking.

I wish I could give them more than 2 stars, but my recent to go order was so incredibly disappointing, it’s just not worthy more than that. I’m going to assume because it’s a new location, the staff doesn’t quite know how to prepare some of the food yet. The wild salmon sandwich was so over cooked and dry it was inedible — it was also a very, very small piece of salmon for $ 8.00+. The ½ Papa Joe sandwich was also incredibly small it was gone in two bites. Maybe because we ordered it in a wrap instead of bread. Rather than portioning out the turkey by weight, they did it according to a half of a tortilla wrap(3″ sandwich) ha– ha. It was also missing the roasted tomatoes, which I’m sure would have been tasty. We were suppose to get a cup of tortilla soup, and a bowl of gumbo — — they got it backwards. Originally they forgot the bowl of soup. I noticed it was missing when I checked the order. I guess I should have looked and tasted it before leaving the restaurant to be sure it was the right soup. Maybe it was a blessing, because the gumbo wasn’t good. The okra was not cooked properly; almost like there were shards of greens in the soup, and the shrimp was rubbery and overcooked. The Quinoa Mango Shrimp salad was the only thing that tasted good — — very few shrimp and the avocados were really brown, but other than that it had good flavor. Three of us got this, so we ended up sharing our meal with the others. This was a business luncheon, so I was embarrassed since I was the one that recommended Jason’s Deli. Thankfully the staff was very nice. I’m so used to Jason’s food being incredible. Get it together Pensacola — — you have a long way to go before you’ll get my 4 or 5 stars.

I gotta say, this Jason’s Deli is FAR superior to the one that’s near home. The hubby and I spied this Jason’s on the way to the airport and found it to be a great place to stop in for a quick bite before hitting the airport. The staff here is incredibly friendly and the food was served quickly and tasted pretty darn good. Overall, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained aside from the women’s restroom, which was mostly clean but there was a very old layer of dust/filth in the corners and on the top of the toilet paper dispensers. It just needed a deep cleaning, but the important parts were clean.

Just tried Jason’s Deli and was extremely satisfied with the service, the food, and the cleanliness of the restaurant. This staff really knows how to take care of their customer’s and it’s great to see a chain deliver a quality product! Kudos to this staff!

Salad bar was looking a lite iffy. It was okay but nothing that really makes me want to go back.

We all had crazy and trying travel days and ended up eating here 3 times today. Once through the drive-thru and twice in the dining room as our group came in on different flights. The salad bar was a little smaller than other Jason’s I’ve experienced, but everyone said their sandwiches were better than good. The service was the best part. Everyone was smiling and checking in on us.

Five stars just for the service and friendly staff. Tonight was my first time trying Jason’s Deli. The food was alright… I got the new Cuban press panini, which wasn’t amazing but it wasn’t bad either. The Irish potato soup was delicious and the ice cream is free! But my favorite part about this place is the friendly atmosphere. Everyone was really nice and attentive. But the most noteworthy had to be Benny. As I was waiting for some friends, I sat next to the doorway. He kindly asked me to please move so an old man with his walker could get by. Just for moving, he said I deserved a cookie and went back to bring me his favorite one. Then, once my friends joined me and started eating, he came by and sat down to chat with us. It’s not everyday you come across someone who’s willing to take part out of their busy work schedule just to chat and get to know you. If you’re having a bad day, go to Jason’s Deli, have a cookie with some free ice cream, and chat with Benny.

I knew something was wrong when I ordered a pastrami on rye and the guy at the counter asked me what I wanted on it. When I asked him what he meant, he said: «do you want lettuce or tomato.» No, I said, a pastrami sandwich comes with pastrami and maybe mustard. He looked at me like I was crazy. When the sandwich was served, it came with two slabs of unidentifiable cheese. And to top it off, the Pastrami was dry and tasteless. If this establishment was called a sandwich shop, it might be okay; I don’t know. But it’s certainly not a deli in any sense of the word. No tongue. No chopped liver. No knockwurst. No chopped liver. No egg salad. If you want a yuppie wrap or a sandwich, give it a try. But if you’re looking for a delay, pass on by.

I don’t know about the self serve bar I ordered a club salad from the menu. It was fresh and good. The size for the price was ok because of how well it tasted. I’ve only eaten there once but will go again for another evaluation. I asked for French dressing but they don’t serve it. The blue cheese was a pretty good substitution.

Right when I walked in I saw that you don’t have to wait in line to use the salad bar. They have a machine that let’s you pay and go eat at the salad bar. The Wild salmon sandwich was awesome and they have delicious hummus and seafood gumbo and the have gluten free selections too.

I’ve been to roughly 50 Jason’s across the US and this is the first I’ve ever seen that has a drive through. Pretty amazing for a place that prides itself on fresh sandwiches, a good salad bar and solid service. The restaurant looks like it opened yesterday. And, it’s one of the chain’s best looking locations. Meanwhile, the salad bar was one of the poorest I’ve seen thusfar. The salad wasn’t green and crisp like it normally is and the veggies didn’t match their peer locations, they didn’t seem fresh. It also took 15 minutes for my meal to arrive at the table, which is light years for this place. On the other hand, it’s a great place for lunch. The endless salad options, potatoes, soups and salad bar make for an inexpensive and good lunch, that keeps you on the healthy side of the fence. There’s no other place in town like it. And, the sandwiches here are several grades above what you’d get a Subway, etc.

My sandwich was ok, I had the Ruben. Very chaotic system. I paid for a side Caesar salad and was given a plate for the salad bar. When I asked if the salad bar had Caesar salads I was told no we will bring it out to you, never got my salad. Be careful what you pay for.

I had a pretty negative experience here yesterday. We came in around 12:30, so i understand that it was crowded. So as i looked around for a table, i noticed one. I was about to sit down, but then this really tall buff guy comes over and says«I was here first» and the manager was standing behind him and motioned for me to leave even though the table was completely empty. I ordered the garden bar, which is a create your own salad type of deal. I understand the need to keep vegetables and produce cold and fresh, but the lettuce and other veggies literally had ice mixed in with them, making it hard to pull them apart and impossibly soggy and disgusting. I couldn’t even taste my dressing because it got so watered down. I took about 3 bites and then couldnt handle it. I would recommend a prepared salad, the garden bar is a no go. The ruben was quite large and tasty though. Lastly, we had some trouble ordering. My sister ordered a sandwich and a soup, but when we sat down we noticed that the soup was not on the receipt even though the lady taking our order repeated it back to us with the soup included. So my sister had to wait in line to order something she already had ordered before. But it gets worse. It took us about 45 minutes to get the soup. I’m not even joking. We had finished our food and were waiting around all for a cup of french onion soup. Its not like its made to order all they had to do was ladle it into a bowl. However, the employees were good about it and the manager even came with it in a to go bag with an apology. Overall, it was just ok. The salad was terrible, the people taking orders are clueless, the seating is horrendous and they are painstakingly slow. I noticed many other people complaining about not getting orders or being forgotten about. I understand that they are new and are still working out the kinks, so i might give them one last chance. I would say the only redeeming qualities are the few staff members that are friendly, and the manager who at least had the guts to apologize for the problem himself.

I went in and got a salad bar & fountain drink to go. The process was confusing, some of the produce didn’t look fresh & they were out of croutons, so I had to go back to ask for them to restock and then back over to get some while juggling everything. There’s not enough room around the salad bar, so it’s a tight fit juggling food and moving around other guests. One of the managers was very nice though, but I didn’t get her name. The in-house sports drink offered at the fountain area is gross. I tossed it. Way too much syrup. The rest of the staff seemed confused. I think I’ll get Ruby’s salad bar to go from now on.

YESTHEYAREOPEN!!! Eaten at many different JD over the years and couldn’t wait to get a Ruben. I honestly don’t know how they make any money on this sandwich which is SOBIG! I also got a trip to the salad bar… SUPERCLEAN. SUPERFRESH! Well, today was the first day they were open so it better be. I went at 7:30 so there was no traffic but I can foresee big issues with the chosen locations. I don’t knpw why they didn’t build over off Davis by the new restaurants that are going in. So much more parking and multiple traffic lights to enter/exit from. Anyway, they are up and running and sandwiches are awesome. Still have some training to do as one of our sandwiches didn’t even get chips with it but they will get the kinks worked out!!!
