I had a great experience with this company. One of my kitchen windows cracked. Its a double pane. The inner glass segment cracked.
I searched and found Glass Doctor. (I had no experience with this company prior to my call for this service.) Sunbeam Window & Glass is in their network.
First I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. The technician was prompt, courteous and took pride in his job and was very detail oriented! He had put shoe covers over his boots prior to entering my house.
There was a two step process. First appointment was for measurement and estimate. They require a deposit if you are happy with the estimated price. Two weeks later the second appointment was for the window install. My install took roughly 40 minutes. The technician, is the man! I wont name drop, but this company has my business from here on out! The technician,(Ok, first name only) Eric is a great representative for this company! This company also fabricates and installs other types of glass products as well. Their show room is in Pennsauken.
