After 10 years in the military and getting my hair cut everywhere from Alaska to Kyrgyzstan, this has to be the best and most professional hair cut I’ve ever received. The manager personally ensures I’m taken care of anytime I come in to get freshened up. From the cut to the wash, try the tea tree you won’t be disappointed, to the hot towel finish, I wouldn’t go anywhere else… Mainly because I’ve been everywhere else and it doesn’t compare.

Should be 0 Stars! Just walked in for a cut and was met with«I’M HEREALLBYMYSELF, ANDOTHERSAREAHEADOFYOU… SOOOOOITWILLBE A WHILE! « Add, the wrist flip and attitude to go with that very loud statement! I turned around and walked out! Not how you run a business or treat a new customer. Good luck staying in business!

I stopped in for a quick cut with some layers and the woman who hacked my hair gave me the choppiest uneven layers. There is about an inch difference between the longest hairs and the first choppy layer. This is honestly the worst haircut I have ever had. I have given haircuts that have looked better than this. Unfortunately I just ran out of the salon before my hair dried and only noticed by glimpsing at the back of my hair through a mirror. The manager here was super accommodating when I spoke with her on the phone. We came up with a solution that worked for me. I still went to a different salon to fix my hair. My mom goes here all the time but knows what hair stylist she likes so I guess it is a hit or miss for someone people.

After getting my haircut at the same barber for the past 15 years, I was in a pinch to find something quick. I had moved and was a month overdue for my normal cut. So I gave this place a try. The haircut was absolutely rushed and took half the time it would take at a barber. A simple fade with taking some off the top. Even showed a picture of what I looked like after a cut for comparison. The fade had to be fixed as it was halfway up my head instead of to the top(easily viewable in pic) but no problem, could be fixed, which it was, to a certain extent. The top was just butchered. The front is kept a little longer as the rest behind is short. Well I got the complete opposite. The front was cut shorter AND at different lengths. While the rest of my hair was now longer then the front. I get home and my wife says… WOW thats a different look. Where did you go? So I told her supercuts. As shes looking around she starts laughing and asks if this person just started cutting hair? She also said the back of my head had longer spots that she missed that she didnt get fading with the clippers. Im like are you kidding me? Good thing for me my wife is a groomer and she hand scissored to fix the back of my head. Anyone considering supercuts save your money and go to a real barber. One that even straight edges you with shaving cream and a razor. I hope to find another barber shop that does a quality cut like the one I used to get from like that. This was the worst mistake ever.

Let’s just say both haircuts for my son and I were horrible. The haircut was a simple clipper fade(which she could not perform the basics). My son has 2 visible holes on his head and what I received were line on my head where it was supposed to be a fade. She cut hair like she was in a hurry when no one was next in line. What is the rush?
