The staff were super friendly. What a nice way to start my morning. I didn’t use the drive thru I went into the actual store. I love the soufflé, and cinnamon rolls are the size of my face.

A few weeks ago I made an order for rapid pick-up. When I went up to get it, the store was closed and there was a sign on the door saying something was wrong with the Pepsi machine so they had to close early. I never got my food and Panera has failed to refund my money. Instead they give me excuse after excuse. I will never eat at the Pembroke location or at any Panera ever again.

Ridiculously slow drive thru. Workers aren’t friendly and they are constantly running out of items by early afternoon. This is a pretty crappy run Panera and I’d avoid if possible and go elsewhere.

Worst panera around. The staff is soooo slow and not friendly. The worst thing they could have done is open a drive thru. I try to avoid this one at all costs :(

Was here not to long ago and got food poisoning from their Mediterranean chicken quinoa salad. Was almost hospitalized. Needless to say I will never eat at panera again.

I felt bad for the staff here. We love panera and couldn’t wait to grab drive thru here. Couldn’t get a salad at drive thru because they haven’t had takeout salad boxes – for a week! Couldn’t get my second choice sandwich because no avocado. They were very nice and apologetic but really panera? No salad? Sooo disappointing! They had trouble with the register as well. So much potential at this location. Hope they get it together.

I like this Panera. Fairly new, it’s the first one I know of with a drive-thru which was a real plus on a rainy day! I appreciate the consistency of Panera, the fresh ingredients they all use and the variety of menu items. Also like the standby menu items, plus they’re apparently willing to admit it was a huge mistake to discontinue blueberry muffins because they brought them back! I got a BaconTurkey Bravo the other day which has been on the menu since Day One, I think. Huge sandwich, was enough for lunch and breakfast the next day. Pastries are fresh, the store layout is inviting and their goal is to get you through the line fast & happy. I was! The customer service here has been high every time I’ve been in, with knowledgeable employees and willing to accommodate. It’s a keeper for me.

Worst panera I have ever been too! The past 3 times I have ordered rapid pickup for my order, and the last 3 times I have went to pick it up it seems they have made it but someone else took the order. Maybe they should get rid of the rapid pickup or have someone at least handing out the orders !!! I can’t even imagine how much $they lose by doing this. Seeing Any one can take anyone else’s order and pass it off as their own which clearly happened to me 3 times. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes to ha e them remake my order taking up my break time. I do not reccommed ever doing the dumb rapid pick up

I walked in and there was no line and the girl working the cash wrap was standing over by the pastries and said«I’ll be with you in one second!» While I witnessed her on her phone like she actually put using her phone ahead of doing her job and she didn’t stop using it for almost a minute I’m not about to name names because I’m not gonna be as rude as she was to me but wow

I usually think it is stupid to Unilocal review chain restaurants however the staff here were quite exceptional, especially the manager. The food was of course delicious and we will be eating here again.
