A terrible customer service experience. I contacted Tristar for my wedding 4 months in advance and was given the run around regarding confirming and booking the waitstaff once it got closer to the date. Victoria has poor customer service skills and constantly blamed me for the miscommunications, contradicting herself on multiple occasions, and missing deadlines that she promised to meet. Once I finally gave her an ultimatum(send me the invoice to confirm booking or I will move onto another staffing company) she sent me packing, again blaming me for delaying the process. If only you could read our email correspondence, you would be appalled with her management of the business. I DONOT recommend this company. Please look into other local options. In reference to the comment made by Victoria below: Thank you for your reply. I am surprised to see that you responded so quickly since it took a week for you to answer some of my correspondences. Yes, my sister used Tristar for her wedding 1.5 years ago but I should have taken her experience in planning/booking the company as an indication of poor customer service. My sister also reports similar issues in coordinating with the company. However, the waitstaff at her wedding were great, which is why I returned to the company. This should be a reflection on the whole company, but sadly it is not as the gatekeeper does not endorse such a positive experience as the staff does. As a bride, there is a lot on my plate to plan a wedding and Tristar did not help alleviate, but rather contributed, to this burden.
