Party City

Full disclosure. My daughter works here part time, but I shopped here regularly for years. This location is large and seems to be the best run/​organized Party City location in the area. I always find what I need and didn’t spend hours aimlessly roaming. Seasonal items are always ell stocked and located where they should be. Just don’t go late the night before Halloween looking for a Frozen costume to fit your little princess. Derrrr! Be a smart shopper and come to this locale.

This is the only Party City I’ve ever been to, and I only go there around Halloweens, since pretty much everything in the store is overpriced compare to what you can find online.
But then again, this is THE place to be if you are a last minute shopper for the parties.
They have a good selection of costumes and makeup supplies. Even just a couple days before Halloween, most of their costumes are still in stock. Be prepared to join a sea of last minute people the last week before Halloween.
As for their customer service. staffs are very nice and friendly, and they do try very hard to be helpful as well even with the store packed with shoppers. However, when I asked about their return policy, I was told full refund «the day before Halloween» by 2 different cashiers when i made a large purchase on ¹⁰⁄₂₄. And when I went to return an item on 10/​26, I was pointed out I can only do store credit or exchange because their deadline is ¹⁰⁄₂₃. wtf really?!
… Good thing the manager was right there and said «if customers weren’t told about 10/​23, give them a full refund». Whew!
Anyways, I am going back for the after Halloween sale. Going to be prepared earlynext time around lol.

Good selection but don’t wait till the last minute.

Woooooooooooooo this Party City has to be the worst one I’ve been to because in my opinion everything in Pembroke Pines is terrible including The Best Buy, Chili’s, Costco, BJ’s, Sports Authority and now this Party City location please tell me why you guys can’t help me. this party city should close and maybe it will one day and also I try to call them and they don’t hear me so I have to Drive all the way to Freaking Pembroke Pines just to go to Party City in a plaza with a new Whole Foods supermarket. Pembroke Pines has gotta have the worst restaurants, stores and gyms and on Unilocal technically everything in Pembroke Pines is terrible including the Toys R Us that has half a store. I could put no stars if I can but I’m not allowed to do it because I still have to rate it. Pembroke Pines has people who exacerbate there customers and treats everyone like crap. I spoke to the manager and was so selfish and retarded that I had to stay here for 2 hours because of how he treated me and I told him I was going to call the police and then he said OK OK I won’t bother u anymore. And I left the store disappointed and folks don’t go this Party City and If u live in Pembroke Pines Beware to be treated like a second class citizen in this place.

This party city has a huge center isle for candy. So, if you want candy, for cheap, come to this party city. They have a huge area in the back as well for costumes. Since its a new party city it is very organized and well put together.

This Party City is over the top! Most are just your average party store but this one must have been created by Willy Wonka himself. It has a humongous candy store right in the middle with every type you can imagine. Become a kid again and grab a basket to start picking out your favories. The isles are wide and freshly stocked all the time. It is new and clean. Sometimes we stop in just for the fun of it.
