Knockout Zone is an excellent Gym, awesome facilities and equipment. They offer multiples fitness programs like Weights, Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, MMA. and after school programs. Awesome trainer and customer services.

NO EXCUSES PEOPLE! They have Childcare, They have Showers, They have a Sauna and a Jacuzzi! I really, really like this place. They give you not one but two, Yes TWO (Dos) free initial trial classes. I checked around other gyms, no one does that. What are you waiting for? On top of all that I mentioned I liked the fact that you are being held accountable, kinda like a personal trainer minus the expense.

I love taking classes at Knockout, all the instructors are really nice and positive. My Zumba instructor Celeste is great– she’s so sweet and the class is so much fun! I love the sauna/​Jaccuzi too. Very relaxing.
