Dunkin’ Donuts

Came this morning to this Dunkin Donuts I had visited this location previously and they’re pretty quick with their order. THEY DONT HAVE A DRIVE THRU.
This morning I saw them advertising the new iced macchiato and won’t be ordering it again. I didn’t like it, it didn’t taste right But I I was looking for that taste from Starbucks iced macchiato which you can’t compare.
I always have their egg white flat bread and that’s always a win for me.
This location is on the small side seating is limited. I was able to sit when someone got up but sat daily close to two gentlemen having a conversation right across from me so I felt pretty awkward.
Wouldn’t mind coming to this location but next time I rather eat it in my car.
Place was nicely decorated for Halloween and super clean!

Amazing service and really nice comfy interior with also a nice couch, my service is always top notch when I come to this location, I’m usually taken care of by Katherine and she is always really attentive and really friendly. I love this Dunkin Donuts location would highly recommend it.

When I’m in need of a quick pit stop in the morning, there’s a 98% chance that I’ll stop at this Dunkin Donuts location. Talk about some speedy workers! They do a great job of getting people in and out while doing it with a smile at 6:45am! God bless ‘em! They also know their regulars and will often have their orders rung up on the register by the time they get into the line.
At the end of the day, it’s Dunkin Donuts but the customer service at this location really makes them stand out. If you’re running around in Pembroke Pines, pay them a visit!

HORRIBLE!!!
What a bad first impression, the bread was stiff and OVER cooked, and they S**k at working with the FROZEN coolatta. But then again not all DD know how to. There was one on miramar pkwy by edible arrangement. They were AWESOME ! I recommend them over many around Pembroke Pines, Hollywood and Miami Gardens close to Hialeah. Wow franchise cam really make a Name look bad :-/

Friendly staff consistently who get your order right every time. Now that is good! They also have a large screen Tv with a big couch so you can feel right at home. Parking lot is a little weird///
