Coast to Coast saved me a lot of trouble and heartache. As an extremely busy individual, (like most South Floridians) I needed a company to inspect a potential home to ensure I wasn’t going to purchase a death trap or a money pit. From the eyes of an untrained buyer, the prospective house looked immaculate. My wife and I were in love with this home. Coast to Coast was the only company who could come out the next day and they were also more affordable than the 4 other companies I had received a quote from. Chuck showed up on time, was friendly and pleasant with my wife, my realtor and the sellers and got right to work. He was EXTREMELY thorough as well. He pointed out and quoted small problems that I would have never thought of looking for. He found problems with the pool that were not even a pet of his inspection. Little by little he efficiently inspected the entire home and we received his official report the same day.
