I love this salon. I lived in Manhattan my entire life and I take the train to New Rochelle to get my hair cut by Alma. I went the first time during law school for a fancy half up do for a ball. My hair was amazing. Since then she’s done my cuts. I will wait until I see her.
I have very long hair, past the small of my back and I’m an attorney. Making it light, neat, and professional but also edgy is something most stylists don’t understand. She does.

I hopped around from salon to salon looking for one i really liked. When i came to Alma’s i looked no further. A great experience all round.

Been going here since it opened and always happy with my girl Mira! Great cuts, great environment. love the treatment, the coffee, the conversations. Probably worth saying that Alma took much of Kathy’s old crew from Kathy’s saloon. I normally don’t review Salons (not really manly. lol) but being a Unilocaler and seeing my people got a really bad review. I wanted to stick up for them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service and overpriced. Hair color was done incorrectly and instead of just fixing it like most places, charged for a toner (which should have been done in the first place). To make matters worse, I was charged $ 20 more than price shown in window. When I asked, they said the prices on their sign were wrong.
