My family and I have been using OIC Optical for the past several years. I have never been disappointed with the service. The exams are very thorough and include pressure tests and hi-​resolution scans that are immediately reviewed by an Optometrist.
The staff is helpful and friendly, and they stock a very large selection of frames, sunglasses and contact lenses. I highly recommend OIC Optical.

Very unprofessional!!! They are so rude to people! and the people who work here are very lazy!!! I’m actually surprise they still have jobs!!! However, the actual eye doctor is decent. I definitely don’t recommend anyone to go here! (Don’t waste your time!!!)

My review is for the staff and the unprofessional manners that they have towards their patients: due to financial issues, I had to change my insurance to Fidelis/​Medicaid and did not know about their rules with allowances and copays. The staff is extremely rude (i.e. chomping on candy while talking on the phone with their patients), and they belittle them (i.e. talking behind their patients’ backs when they are right in front of them!). I honestly have no ill feelings towards the doctor himself; he is very knowledgeable and helpful. Too bad his staff is giving his office a bad reputation.
