Whataburger

A typical Whataburger. Food is on par with what I have had at any other Whataburger. Nothing particularly stands out in a positive or negative way about this location. Service was polite and speedy.

I’ve had the worst stomach ache and diarrhea since I left this place. I had a Whataburger with cheese and a Coke. Only thing I ate today. My daughter is fine but she had a grilled cheese sandwich. Never again.

Fuck this location. I went in for breakfast at 1030am with only two people ahead of me and did not get my order till 11am and to add to the speedy service they forgot a whole meal I had ordered. I will never be going back to this what a burger even if they were giving away money and beer.

It’s Whataburger. .a Texas tradition. Now if they’d only sell a steak finger basket. :)
Breakfast: always potato taquitos
Lunch or dinner: #1 mustard and cheese only with diet coke

Service is the best especially during lunch, get you in and out so you can go about your day without having to wait in long lines

My very first visit to a Whataburger… loved it !!! The Burgers are a decent size, juicy, well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The staff was very polite and had no problem accommodating our «special» orders… i.e. No bun, no pickles etc… The fries were tasty. The prices are very reasonable. Will definitely visit Whataburger on my next visit to Pearland.

Dear Whataburger,
I love you like a fat kid loves a donut; God knows I do. But if you don’t start treating me better, I’m gonna have to break up with you. I know I can do better. In fact, there’s a place down the street that’s been trying to tempt me with an egg white McRice Cake, but I really love BOB.
So, all I ask for is a little common courtesy. If you can’t say «thank you» at at least one of your three windows, I’m moving on.

Last night was my first time going to this particular location. They have two drive thru lines, but one of them was blocked off. So the wait was really long, but that’s pretty much how it always is with Whataburger on a Friday night. I ordered the number 7 (Whataburger Jr combo) with an unsweet tea. It took about 20 minutes to get through the line. I waited until I got home to eat and I wish I hadn’t. When I got home, there was just a bag of fries with no burger! This particular location is about 15 minutes away. I was hungry and tired so I didn’t feel like going back (it was already after midnight by this point). Luckily I had the receipts. The one with my actual order, and the one that was given to me (someone else’s order).
Today, I went back to see if they could help me out. The lady at the counter got the manager and he immediately notified his staff to make me a burger. He also gave me fries with it even though I got fries last night. No questions were asked. It was quick and very professional. So glad that they were able to fix this for me. It’s a hassle having to drive all the way back there, but they handled it very well.

Really great burger and really great service. One of the many few fast food restaurants where they will have their workers bring out the food to you.

TL;DR — bad management, sloppy employees.
Right when I came in, the manager left the register for an extended chat with her visiting friends. Not very professional, but everyone deserves a break, right? But no one took over the register; I stood there waiting while 3 people fumbled with cups.
Finally one of them took my order — a Monterey Melt. I asked for the ranch dressing on the side. Not once, but twice. «Absolutely, sir.» It came out with ranch dressing. My girlfriend ordered a dry whataburger with mayo. It came out with mustard and mayo.
I could care less about customer service, but being ignored and then ruining both orders is too much. The couple at the next table was muttering about how long it took to prepare their order, so I wasn’t the only one annoyed.
In summary, if you’re up for sloppy, mumbly cashiers and lackadaisical management, this place is for you!
I recommend the Whataburger 3 minutes down the road. It’s great.

It’s fast food and it’s Whataburger, what more could you say? The service was quick and nice. This Whataburger is in a good area and easy to get to, let’s see what good things will prosper here. Happy Eatings!

I LOVE whataburger but this location is not the best and that is a shame being it’s the newest.
The drive thru was busy both lanes which that is not my issue
At 8:00 pm I Ordered 2 #1 ’ s Combo. The burgers were old like they were made at noon or something. The sweet tea was not sweet at all
… This was the 2^nd time I’ve experienced this… Whataburger on Shadow Creek Parkway and 288 am done with Ya’ll. … Good bye you don’t even deserve one star.

Two drive thru lanes makes for very quick service. The variations and custom changes you can make to your burger make for unlimited possibilities. There is no secret menu ala In n Out.
I have had very good service here the first week since it’s opening so the management and staff have gone through their training quite well.
