I love this place and have the punch-​card to prove it! This is a nice, light option for when you have a craving for some ice cream. They allow you samples of the different flavors before you commit, so that is a plus. I love the toppings too. They have some white «chocolate» chips that are actually yogurt chips… how awesome is that?! On my most recent visit, the employee was shutting everything down and getting ready to close. When I entered he was very friendly and fired up the machines for me.

Drove out to get some yogurt, and arrived around 9 and doors were locked. Was very disappointed.

I’m an indecisive person, so choosing a flavour is hard for me. What makes it harder is having to ask someone to pour your samples for you!?? I don’t want to hassle someone to give me more than one sample, not that I was give a choice, I got one try and then the girl peaced out.
I’m not going to take advantage of your «precious» yogurt samples I just need to try a few, especially as it was my first time there! Can I please pour my own?
So besides all that nonsense I had to make a rash decision and went for half Strawberry, half Caramel or Dulce de Leche something like that. It was fine. If it had been better I wouldn’t have cared about not getting samples.
The staff were like zombies, no words spoken, no smile given, slow and uninterested. I won’t be going back.

Ummm 2 stars simply because it’s fro-​yo & they had mochi.
Otherwise, this Swirl gets none! Experience had me P.O.
Get this: I was able to use a Swirl Gift Card a week earlier. Then the next week, with the Asian owner, all of a sudden, it’s too old to use & won’t be accepted. UMM EXCUSE ME! Gift cards don’t normally expire; it’s a pre-​paid card. HELLO! Massage Envy let me use a OVER 3 YEARS OLD gift card, NOW WHAT!
So after holding up the line for this non-​sense, their credit card machine wasn’t working, REALLY?! To top it off, the little boy working there was trying spit game in the worst way: my friend & I were just sitting there talking after having to paid for our fro-​yo, EVEN THOUGH I have a gift card. The little boy goes, «Do y’all want something?! Y’all been here a long time.» OH NO, HE DIDN’T; I’m a paying customer! Oh & boo boo, just fyi, we don’t want you.

Love this place! The yogurt is so delicious and they have some many different toppings to choose from. I like to stop by swirls at least once a week.

Walked in a very cleaned casual setting. I got vanilla yogurt with graham cracker crust and granola. I wanted some strawberries and pineapple toppings, but the fruit looked old. Maybe I cam on a bad day

Pros:
–Cute staff. Nice to see a cute college boy working at the register.
–Dairy free option x 2: my little girl was a happy camper
–Open sort of late, good for after dinner
–In the outdoor mall, so great place to cool off
–Club Card
Cons:
–Not the best ambiance
–Didn’t feel as clean as the other two places similar to this one that I’ve tried

Ever watch that Seinfeld episode where the non-​fat yogurt shop is really choc full of FAT??? lol… well, every time I eat this yogurt, I think of that episode, because there can be NO WAY this is fat free! And the sugar content is pretty low (which no doubt means it is full of fake sweetners).
Usually I eat all-​natural type stuff… lol. But their flavors are so yummy I dont care if it is ground horse hooves… it is amazing. Every flavor I have tried is super yummy and very decadent. The BLACKBERRY AND CAKE BATTER are among my favorites, though every single flavor is great. I am so glad it is not one of those shops that has every flavor tasting tart… why do they think we all want tart yogurt???
Anyway, I dont care what it is, how expensive it is, or that I drive 20 minutes to this shop… I THINK IT IS WONDERFUL
only gripe… no fresh blackberries… :(((but, I wont deduct a star for that reason)
And yes… the young staff are very friendly and nice.

Another thing worth mentioning is that you typically pick from 8 flavors AND it’s self-​serve (…which means YOU can choose different portions of any of the flavors!). Plus it’s weighted, so you don’t pay for what you don’t dispense!

Is it yogurt? Is it faux-​gurt? I’m not entirely sure either way but what it is, is really good. Though it’s easy to pass on your way through the Town Center, fans of the frozen yogurt would be wise to stop by and give it a go. They offer a plethora of yogurts in a wall of self-​serve machines and thirty or so varieties of toppings from fruit to cheescake. On my first trip, I went the strawberry and topped it off with more strawberries and bits of kiwi. It turned out to be delicious and around $ 5. Not exactly a bargain, mind you, but a fair price.
The young servers were very friendly and helpful and those chairs look awfully comfy as contemporary furniture goes. (Extra points for the feel of clean!)
4 stars. Even if I can only handle half a small cup of the yogurty goodness.
