I will not be shopping at this location again. Guess I learned after the 3rd go.(All visits were within 2 weeks. First time I went there, out of the 3 ladies working no one greeted me, asked if I needed any assistance, nor were they busy. Second time, I go to get matched for a Nars foundation. It was a Friday, but early in the day. I believe there were 2 customers in the store at the time. When I asked for help the lady looked as if I inconvenienced her. She told me she’ll be with me shortly. When she finally came over to help she just«threw» the product on my face, barley blending. Well after I went to check it out… the match seemed ok I guess… well needless to say I was back that evening b/c it most definitely was NOT a match. That part I can’t blame her for due to me looking in the mirror myself. But her service was still terrible. When I went back, there was only one lady working, and she was with a customer. But inspire of, she acknowledged me as soon as I walked in and told me she’ll be right with me. When she saw I was at the counter for a return she excused herself from her customer and came right over.(I must say I was very impressed!) she offered to rematch me, but I told her no thank you. Well then her entire demeanor changed… even my husband noticed it. She then became very«short» with me. My husband whispered to me, «Wow, what did you do to her?!?» Anyways, after that long story, if you’re looking for great customer service this is not the place for you.(At least if you’re like me and will have questions to ask)

My experience at this location have always been great. The girls there are really nice, maybe a little chatty but they will help you. They also offer samples when your not sure of a product and returns is a breeze.

Is it the greatest Sephora store in the world? No, but if you just need a few things it’s fine. They don’t have as large of a selection and the staff aren’t as knowledgeable about products. For me, it gets the job done and I’m pleased to have a location close to where I live.

When I first heard about the Sephora inside JCP, needless to say I flipped out with excitement to be able to get all my favorite brands without driving to Baybrook or into Houston. The reality, however, leaves something to be desired. When it first opened it was great, the staff was attentive and helpful and friendly. However, my last several trips there have resulted in me wandering around looking for the product I want, while 3 or 4 sales girls hang out at the register and look at me blankly when I ask for help. Not impressed with the customer service at all, and products are frequently out of stock. I try to shop online as much as possible to avoid going into the store.

Never will I ever come to this Sephora again located inside jc penny in Pearland I scheduled an appointment to get my make up done for an event I arrived on time ready for my full face make up application the lady that was doing make up applications that day had the worst attitude when her co worker told her I was there I waited 30 mins for her to come to me after her rolling her eyes to ask me could I give her an additional 20 mins because she was tired from doing a person before me. NOTHANKYOU I truly understand that things happen so me waiting 30 minutes was not enough not to mention her attitude towards the service was disappointing I immediately left and rushed home to get ready for my event after wasting my time at this unorganized establishment ***customer service is the face of the company who u hire reflects how the company is perceived NEVER will I ever bring my business to this location***
