We had Premier build our pool. The design portion was great, but the rest of the process was horrific. Absolutely no evidence of any construction management. The 8 week job took closer to 16 weeks. One example for the massive delay: the tile subcontractor made 5 different trips to my house, with no supervision by anyone from Premier (it was left to my wife and me to identify the problems). We’ve had some minor quality issues post-​completion, and their warranty response is equally poor. It’s the end of January and I still have an open issue from October.
I would never recommend Premier to anyone after this experience.

I called this company for a quote on a new pool for my home. The person who answers the phone is so unprofessional. First thing she says is that they are re-​doing their floors and it is a mess. I will add you to our system and someone will call you back. WTH? Like they are doing me a favor. By the way, never got a call back.

THE WORST SERVICE. I used Premier in Spring Texas. They won me over with a cheaper quote than other companies with promises to return my yard to preconstruction state. I had to pay prior to completion of the job which made me nervous. They assured me not to worry — «they have the best BBB rating». Guess what I paid and they stopped the construction. Now I am out near 4000.00 to get my yard in preconstruction state costing me more than other companies. NEVER EVER pay before the job is complete but I was told if I didn’t they would not proceed… but they did not proceed and I am out money. Not only that but during most of the construction they ignored my requests for information, times of scheduling, etc. Now they totally refuse to talk to me. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR POOL CONSTRUCTION OR REMODELLING!
