Love the theater. It is quiet and so reasonably priced. You can see the same show as you would see at cinemark for at least 3 dollars less. I think the concessions are a great value as well. I like to go during the week and it is never crowded so I can always get a good seat. I love that the seats have been updated.
I would say the only potential con to this place is I do not believe they really show any 3D movies, however I am not that big into 3D so it doesn’t really bother me.

I used to wonder how this place survived when I drove by it. when I went in I realized why. The price is way cheaper than going to the theaters near Highway 288. It used to be a bit dicey because the carpet was dirty and the seats uncomfortable but now that they have put in new much more comfortable seating and replaced or cleaned the carpeting it is very acceptable. It’s a more casual «come as you are» crowd than the Highway 288 crowd. This theater is not as trendy as other theaters but if you’re not a teen who needs to see and be seen or a person on a budget, this theater is perfect !

We like going here. Prices are very affordable. With the new interior it’s much nicer. Our first choice for a theater.

This is our first choice for theaters in the area. They’ve done some remodeling but carpeting is still old. Prices for movies are still considerably cheaper than the bigger chains. Popcorn, hot dogs and such are always fresh.

I’m reluctant to write a review, because I feel like this is one of Pearland’s best kept secrets. This theater has such a great crowd. It must have something to do with the crowd that ruins anything close to 288.

If you are on the quieter side and do not affiliate yourself with a gang, try this theater! Otherwise, please stay by 288.

Poor management. We went as part of a boy scout movie outing, for a matinée at 10 am on a Saturday. They knew a possibly large group was coming, but somehow they ran out of standing popcorn boxes — do they not do inventory before the weekend? They had plenty of popcorn BAGS, but no, the deal we were getting ($ 8 for ticket, drink, popcorn & fun size packet of candy) was only good for the popcorn boxes. Lady who was apparently the manager sent a staff to search the back, no more boxes. Lady calls her manager to see what can be done, and we have to wait for manager to call back. Some of the scouts just checking in ended up paying for regular price tix without popcorn. Meanwhile, regular (non-​scout group) customers are getting popcorn in a horizontal tray type box w/​slot of drink — why couldn’t we just get the tray for our popcorn? Scout leader (who had been waiting for his 3 boxes of popcorn) asks to make a suggestion — just let us have popcorn bags, even if you don’t fill them up, or some other similar sized bag. (It’s early, no one really needs a lot of popcorn, esp. right after breakfast) Lady says maybe i can give you hot dog bags and you can get refills. We said fine — at this point, movie is about to start so my kids is really annoyed. I am a manager of a retail business and I would not have done this to my customers. First I would’ve ordered more bags if there was a scout group coming. If I did run out of bags I would’ve immediately given the bags or boxes. If it was an issue of inventory, why is she able to use hot dog bags but not the other popcorn bags or boxes? We had never gone to this theater before and we’re never going back — the bigger & newer theater closer to our home would never have had this problem.

Always enjoy taking the kids to this family friendly movie theater. Not always the cleanest and it’s not like the brand new theaters but it’s a great place to get a cheap matinée or get a great price on a movie.

Prices went up to $ 3.50/ticket for matinée. 3D is $ 5/​ticket.
Arrive early because there’s no online ticketing, and only one ticket stand.

Great for us! Centrally located in Pearland and CHEAP! Go during the day and it’s like $ 2.50? VERY inexpensive.
