I went to buy from the drive thru a sausage pizza and a pepperoni pizza of $ 5 plus tax. At the drive thru, a young girl took my name and order and told me it would only be from 15 to 20 minutes, so she said to park until it was ready, so I did; also, to let you know, it was windy and storming really bad too. Keep in mind there was no one else waiting inside the store. It is then 6:55 pm and my boyfriend got out of the car to go inside and pay for the pizza. He made the payment and the ladies told him it would only be a few minutes. 10 minutes passed. By then 3 other customers had came, ordered, and received their pizzas, waiting only 3 – 5 minutes. One more man goes inside and I realize it wasn’t going to be a few minutes more. I get out of my car and go inside, and my boyfriend tells me they forgot to put our order in. I could NOT believe it. He had already paid for it! In the meantime, I listened to the ladies’ conversations, about how they had misplaced the «sausage», and blaming each other about the order. EXTREMELY unprofessional and ridiculous. I came up to the manager and asked her myself how much longer it would be, and to my surprise she told me she «didn’t know» and couldn’t even give me an estimated time! this lady couldn’t calculate a time?
By the time they delivered us our 2 pizzas, it was 7:15 pm and it was also the manager herself who gave it to us, having the audacity to ask us if we wanted to add «anything else» to our order. I wasn’t going to spend another 40 minutes at that store. She didn’t even offer a coupon or discount for the time lost!
I have to say I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service, and I feel like I could never go there again.

Terrible service! Waited in drive through for 20min to find out at the window I need to wait for another 10−12min. The options the girl at the window gave me are:
a. Get in the drive through queue again!
b. Wait inside the store (why would I get in the drive through line at the first place if I wanted to wait inside the store!!!)
c. Waiting in the car is NOT an option because everyone in the store is below 18 years old so they can’t bring the pizza out! Wow!!!) — honestly, that was the reason she gave me!
So, I get in the store and realize other customers are getting their pizza’s before me. When I asked her she referred me to the girl at the counter. I had to wait in the line to ask her if my order was ready, instead if someone calling my name.
And I have a 4 year old with me all this while waiting for his dinner. I DO NOT recommend this pizza place until they change the management, and improve their customer service.
I plan to report to the franchise owners.

They got my order wrong for the second time in a row. trying to sell me 3 pizzas instead of 2. 1 pizza was missing a topping. I should known better but I was on my way home and it has a drive thru window. They are the jack in the box of pizza places… yeah its cheap but you regret it an hour later. Deep dish is good.

First things first, it’s 5 $ pizza. I don’t go here expecting high end product. When my kids want a quick snack or i’m not cooking dinner that night, I can rely on good Ol’ Little Caesars. It is what it is! I love that I can call them in advance and request light sauce for our pizza and pick it up in 10 mins.

Who doesn’t love pizza? Honestly– this pizza is horrible. I could go to my old middle school and get tastier pizza than this. I can tell their ingredients are no fresh, the crust is stale, and the pepperoni is just plain gross. This is widely considered the cheap choice when it comes to pizza. SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS AND BUY SOMETHING BETTER! I don’t know exactly what’s wrong with their pizza, but it’s just not the quality I expect from a chain like this.
