Kolache Factory

Size of Ranchero wheat kolache has dramatically decreased. I don’t remember exactly when I had the last good size wheat Ranchero, but they are TOO SMALL now for the price! I don’t know if it’s a corporate decision to downsize or not because I don’t go to any other location, but I am not paying $ 2.50 for a tiny kolache anymore. First time I thought it might be a fluke, but no, I’ve gotten small ones a couple times now. They’re like the size of the $ 1.xx kolaches but cost more. WHY? I can get a boudain kolache that’s double the size for just $ 2.

I feel bad giving this place 3 stars because it has so much potential but the customer service is not very good! The crew running this place is almost all Spanish speaking only, which made it kind of hard for us to ask for vegetarian options. They screwed up one of our orders, but it was ok cause they gave us 2 instead of 1, probably because they knew everything was going to be thrown out in a couple hours.
The kolaches were cold, but our cashier offered to warm them up. They were still cold after we she did warm our order up but it was whatever at that point since we were so hungry!
I’ll probably be back, just cuz this is the only place in Pearland to have veggie kolaches. The inside is cute though, they have a TV, lots of seating & high chairs too. There’s outdoor seating as well.

Worst kolache size and quality ever! They are very small and taste bad. They don’t use paper when giving kolache in trays for dine in… this store need to be assessed by franchise!

This is by far the only location I have been to where they care about their coustmers. The lady was super nice. Good job guys.

The Customer service here is horrible I had to repeat my order over three times after the third time I said forget it and pulled up to the window. When I pulled up to the window I asked if she could repeat my order somehow miraculously she got it. She took my money handed me my receipt but not my change. I guess she felt as if that was her tip. But I never said «keep the change». While in the mist of all of this she’s texting on her phone. Then answers her phone while handing me my food. This is my second time trying them out and my first experience was not that great either but I thought I’d give them a second chance… yea never again foods not all that great either.

Food was cold, coffee was cold. Staff member observed eating while on duty! First and last time here.

I love Kolache Factory but this is by far the worst service in Pearland. It doesn’t seem the employees are happy or care about their job. Most KF’s don’t offer superior service but this location hardly offers any service. The lady in the drive thru was sarcastic and apparently wasn’t listening to anything I was saying because I had to repeat it three times. This was a disappointing visit to a tasty chain that I just couldn’t resist sharing. Hope others visits are better but I’m passing on this location from now on.

I love the Kolache Factory! We visit Pearland twice a year and our must have breakfast at least once while we are here is Kolache Factory! I have never had any problems mentioned in the other reviews,
Only positive experiences and we’ve been stopping here for about 3 years!

I go to this location quite a bit. It is always good. The selection is great, everything is always fresh and clean.
A little tip to know is if you go after 130pm everything is half off. They close at 2pm.
I don’t suggest the drive thru it moves slow. But go inside I can get in and out in under 3 minutes.

The employees here are so slow and inept it is truly breathtaking.
