So today was not a good visit to KFC. 1. The fountain drink selections tasted like something was off. Eventually gave up and settled for a tea. 2. I asked for a 3 piece combo box, but only got 2 pieces of chicken. 3. The lady sweeping the floors swept right around my table while I was eating.(Why don’t people realize they are stirring up dust when they sweep?) This is going to be my last visit to this place. I know some people say that these type of issues are to be expected at fast food restaurants. Well, if that is true why does Chic-fil-a not have the same issues? They manage to process orders a heck of a lot faster, yet there is zero diminishment of customer service. Is this attributable to paying their people more money, or have they set a certain standard of expectations? I think it is the latter. I should have gone just across the street to Chic-fil-a.

The lady taking my order wasn’t very friendly. I repeated my order twice and then she got it correct. I got to the windows and paid, even though my total was a little high for what I ordered. I read the ticket and she over charged me. When I let her know she offered to give me what she charged me for instead of the difference back in cash. I asked for cash and the manager acted like she didn’t want to give it back to me. She indeed gave me my change. I pulled off to eat my food and the chicken was so stale I couldn’t even bite through it. I went back around to the drive thru, told the lady what happened, and she asked me what I wanted her to do. I said I wanted a refund, got up to the window and she just held out a $ 5 bill and didn’t speak. I will never ever go back. The service here was horrible.

Sat in drive thru on a week night, it was about 2 hours before closing. There were several cars in line and each time the line moved you could tell the customer had to sit there for awhile before being acknowledged, probably at least 7 mins. It was finally our turn. They were out of mashed potatoes. They were out of cole slaw. They were out of potato wedges. They were out of macaroni. Anytime we go to this location they are always out of a ton of things. So we sat in line for thirty minutes to not be able to order a meal and completely wasted our time. Went across the street to Cane’s and the drive thru went fast and guess what? They had everything we ordered! It was hot and delicious. Why is corporate letting this place fail so badly? It’s a shame. OH! The best KFC is in Friendswood, right at 528&518. Friendliest people, best food, this place is ran right!

Terrible. Ive come here at different times and everytime the service is complete utter bs. The employees are lazy twats who have messed up my order or forgotten to include a part of my order every single time I’ve been here. In additon they take the longest time just to give you your messed up order. DON’T COMEHERE.

Don’t go here! The service is horrible because of this place I’ll never go to any KFC. We waited in line for 40 minutes and ended up leaving because they were taking forever. We didn’t get our food and wages that time for nothing.

I love KFC. But this is the WORSTKFC I have ever been to. Every time I came there I would wait at least minimum of 30 mins. I came back, because I was giving this place a benefit of doubt. The staff are super rude, unfriendly and has no common sense. The last time I went I ordered a chicken pot pie and a bucket of chicken. I waited in line for 45 mins, came to the window they told me we ran out of chicken pot pie. I asked for my money back and left! Every time we pass by, my boyfriend band me from even looking at that KFC. I don’t understand how a known franchise allow a horrible service like that? And what are they doing??? Why does it take sooooo long every time? Now I can only satisfy my KFC craving, is when I visit my mother near the woodlands. That is just sad!

This is the worst KFC I have ever been to. I came here the first time and my chicken was just scattered in the box like it was meant for a dog. I decided to give this business another try and once again the green beans I ordered was just stuffed in the bowl and the lid was dirty. I have to trash the food! Never again!!!

About 8:50pm In line at drive-thru. Took about 20 minutes to get to place my order. Another 10 minutes to pay at the window. And another 5 to get the food. And there were only a few people inside dining in. This is why the last time I’ve been to this location was last year. You would think they’d fix this already.

This is the worse taco bell. The wait to order and then get your food is the worse of any Taco Bell I have been to. The stupid owner probably doesn’t have a clue that this is costing him business. I will not go here again since I cannot get reasonably fast food here as it should be.

Ordered 20 hot wings. The chicken was FRESH. I’m talking hot, juicy, cooked just right… the works! I will definitely go back.
