Every time I’ve been here there’s always the same excuse we only have one person working today. Since I’ve visited multiple times you would at some point the hiring manager would pull some applications and get more employees. I normally offer to wait (2hrs) for an oil change but this time they wouldn’t even allow anyone to wait. He didn’t apologize for the inconvenience, didn’t greet me or anything just «are you dropping off, I’m only accepting drop offs» safe to say I’ve given them plenty of chances to redeem themselves off to the competitors

This is really rare for me to give a tire/​auto place more than two stars. I have had very bad experiences with other companies around the Houston area and I am always going to be skeptical.
Long story short, I was here early on a Saturday morning and it was already packed. I needed to come in for an oil change and tire rotation already, but also had an emergency with a blow out the night before. I wanted to get that taken care of as soon as possible.
I still had to wait almost 3 hours, which is irritating, but there were already so many people ahead of me so I cannot really say how much of that is their «fault.» There was one service guy who was quite rude and not very personable, but everyone else was. I will probably come back here again for my next oil change.

My first visit here was great, friendly staff and work was done fast. I only had an oil change and it was $ 27 with tax, which is not the best deal but it’s fair.
My next visit I was charged $ 35 for the same exact service! Makes total sense, I felt ripped off but the guy helping me assured me that that’s what I paid last time, WRONG! I checked my records so thanks, jerk.
Sadly, I did not communicate this to my husband and he took my car back here for a third time for an oil change and said they charged him $ 45! WTH?! They of course «assured» him that that is what I paid last time.
I never give 1 star reviews but this place is dishonest and scammy. Also Karma is a b*tch so good luck with that.

Very poor service and questionable integrity. Every time I’ve been there the same employee has been a complete prick. I swore never to return but my wife went in the other day. They quoted her over $ 500 for 4 tires and told her there was only one kind available. Well she drives a civic so the tires she needs are mass produced by almost every tire company in existence, so that’s BS. Went to discount tire and got all 4 for around $ 200. Save yourself the frustration and $$$ and go to one of the other tire shops in Pearland.

4 hours for an oil change on a Monday. Dropped it off around 12pm and the place was not that busy. Never. Coming. Back.

I can only give four stars because I wish fixing cars were more affordable. Other mechanic shops are much less. Still, I come here by choice because the men here are always helpful and courteous. Whether I’m making a call for a single question or needing some fixings on my car. I love coming here when needed. I feel secure about my service.

Long wait time, but good customer service by the staff there. They are very pleasant and courteous.
Clean environment. I also believe there is free wifi. Luckily, they are next to the shopping center. You can go shop or grab a bite to eat while you wait.

So Goody0ear has this thing where u can make appts to have ur car serviced. Well I make an appt for 10am on a Saturday and dont get out til 1pm… what’s the point in an appt if ur not going to be seen at that time?!

If you have 4 hrs to sit and wait for a oil change come here. I got here at 8am Saturday had my mother pick me up we left and came back 4 hours later and my vehicle was never touched… today Wednesday I go in at 8am was told four cars were in front of me and to make an appointment for 11am so i made the appointment and here I am here at 11 and he tells me you have 2 people ahead of you they just walked in ARE YOU SERIOUS I JUST MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOU MEAN TO TELL ME THE WALK INS BASICALLY TOOK MY APPOINTMENT thanks a lot for no business what company makes appointments for you but when u come in its first come first served ONCE AGIAN NO OIL CHANGE

Now on my 5th hour waiting for an oil change and inspection. First 3 hours were bearable but now this is just ridiculous. Made an appointment a week ago and still no priority was given to me. Downright disappointed. Never coming back here again.

Cheaper prices than NTB and Discount Tire (mount/​balance tires).
They were also very quick at fixing a flat tire. Will be back again.
