Gina’s Mobile Pet Grooming

I do not like to write negative reviews, however, after the experience my 2 lb teacup Yorkie had, I have no choice. I actually was advised by my former groomer to give her a bad review so that others wouldn’t go through what happened to my dog. I informed Gina prior to the appointment of my dog’s size. I also told her she was very timid. She said That’s fine or similar words. However, after, totally messing up her haircut she says, «My scissors are bigger than she is. I did the best I could.» She knew she did bad. I hated to pay her. My dog looked awful! She said my dog was projectile defecating. I called my other groomer who said Bella never does that, and calms if you know how to handle Yorkies. I wouldn’t recommend her if you have a teacup Yorkie.

Gina just groomed my dog. I was very happy with her service. I thank me and my dog will be a repeat customer. I alos liked that she was like 30 minutes early to take care of my dog.

Amazing service :) and on time!!! We have a very hyper wolfhound mix and a very nervous chow mix and she handles both of them well. They both come back clean and happy. Our chow had a skin issue and needed to be treated with special medical shampoo and she took care of that for me. She loves them and it really shows in her work. Very happy with her skills and service and have had her come groom and clean 3 times already!

Don’t do it!!! You will regret it. I called Gina to groom my two new shih-​tzu puppies. I just wanted a basic first time cut on them and to trim their nails. She arrived, parked in my driveway, commenced to hook up to my electricity (without asking). Then she knocked on the door to get the first puppy to groom. Well, after about 10 min, she knocked on the door with my puppy in her raised hand (not cuddled in a towel or anything), soaped up and wet, shivering, and told me her water quit working and asked if she could hook up to mine. Well, she did (now mind you this is only COLD water). She finished with the first puppy, brought him to me still damp, not completely dried and I couldn’t even tell she did anything excepts bathe him in ICE COLD water. He was still shivering and scared. Then she did my second puppy the exact same way. She charged me $ 45 per puppy!!! For what??? Using my electricity, my water. what a waste if money. I will NEVER use her again or recommend her to anyone. She didn’t even look professional and her grooming trailer was a mess.

Gina was absolutely awesome! I called her on Sunday, and she had an opening the next day and fit me and Dandy (Pekingese) in. She pulled right up in her truck with the trailer, hooked it up to electricity and water, and started grooming. She was done within 45 minutes. My dog Dandy had not been groomed in a while, so his hair was really long and thick.
The trailer was organized and clean, and Gina was very professional. I would definitely recommend Gina’s Mobile Pet Grooming Service!
