Eyes & Optics Of Pearland

This place came recommended by a friend, so I took my four year old daughter here for an eye exam and was very pleased. My daughter was nervous, as was I. But the doctor and her staff made us feel comfortable. The doctor was excellent with my daughter when it came time for the drops, she was very patient and kind. She was honest and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need (my daughter’s eyesight was fine). We will definitely return should we need an eye doctor in the future.

I took my son last week and was extremely pleased. Tomorrow will be my daughters turn :) From the front desk to Dr. Thomas it was great. They are not a chain box store so their glasses are a little higher but not much and soooooo worth it with the care and attention you receive. They are courteous and not pushy; thorough and gentle; clean and professional. I must say I believe we have found our new eye care place.

I too regretfully went to see this «DOCTOR» a few months ago. Please people of Pearland BEWARE. Yes she did the eye exam in between seeing many other people & I seemed to be constantly waiting! She was all over me asking how I heard about her or had I heard good things about her, what kinds of things … SHEESH or what? She said I should try progressive lenses. I told her I tried them once before & couldnt get along with them. She assured me hers would be great &said «I guarantee it». As soon as the long drawn out exam was done she literally places her hand on your back & STEERS you to the frame dept. No prices on the frames! I selected the frames, sent over to the counter to pay over $ 500 … what a ripoff!!! Beware people! I tried to return them to get my money back & was told ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Dr. Thomaas wouldn’t come out to see me. Then suggested bifocals, I went along with it. They too are crap. I agree with the other lady that complained. Tihis so called Doctor is in it for the money. Beware of what you sign. Again fancy office, etc., but you do have to be a walking ATM. By the way so called Dr. THOMAS, dont bother replying to my comments with your BS comments. Again, Pearland BEWARE.
