Sam’s Club, as opposed to Costco Wholesale, suffers badly when it comes to eating at their food court. For example, both sell a quality hot-dog with a drink for $ 1.50, which is fantastic price, however, at Costco it only takes about 2 – 5 minutes because they have five windows open for service. Sam’s Club has one person who collects the money and order while the other person handles the food. There are about eight or more servers at Costco waiting on people, and only two at Sam’s Club. Often customers order large amounts of food and no priority is given for someone who only wants a hot dog. Consequently, it takes over 45-minutes for a freaking hot-dogs, while all the others are served their copious amount of food, which is often purchased for outside customers.

Waited almost an hour for a Pretzel at the food court. Almost an HOUR! For. ONE. Pretzel!!! The service is soooo sloooowww. The workers here are soooo slooooww. Will NOT be renewing my membership. COSTCO is way more efficient, clean, and customer oriented.

Why is it that at the same price point as costco — Costco does 10x the business. Comes down to customer service. I’m in the return line for 30 minutes already — people are complaining — and the managers are doing nothing about this. It’s Sams customer service — or lack thereof — that sets the two apart.

worst service. i’m at all odds! do you know how frustrating it is talking with so called managers. the tire department is the worst! complaints to the store manager seemed like it would help but guess not. been waiting over a month now for tires to my car!!! no one seems to know what there doing over there. the first time i called, cora(store front manager) was wonderful and help with all my needs. 3 weeks later i called and spoke with someone named katt(different store manager). 4 hours later i still haven’t had a call back. i need help from corporate now. i will be contacting higher up if nothing happens in the next few days!

Cheap food but super slow. The pizza was gross but the rest of the stuff is decent. Just be prepared to wait awhile to get your food.

Good for cheap meals. Such a big amount of food for such a little price. I love their ice floats. What usually would cost $ 5 is less than $ 2

Nobody cares about their job here(In the Café) Waited at least 10 minutes for a crispy chicken sandwich. Bad idea, the counter person could care less about the long line and the sandwich was horrible. Nothing crispy about it and it was that liquid chicken that the fast food chains use. I expected more. I’m going to avoid this area.

Same like Costco but da only ting is, dey go soopah slow! You wait and wait and wait in line for da longest time because dey don’t got enough workahs. You know how at Costco dey go boom boom boom you’re outta there? Well at Sam’s da line moves like one customah evry five minutes so even doh dey only get one short litto line, it’s gon take fo’evah to get to da front! So yestahdey, we wen Sam’s Club and den when we all pau, we go to da café and see dey only one short line so we tink, «not so bad!» We only wanted to get one ting and fo stand in one short line fo mo den 10 minutes gotta be crazy! And dat wasn’t da only time dat happen! Evry time I go stand in line, da workahs behind da countah all running around like one chicken without dere heads on. Sam’s needs to get some mo workahs behind dat countah! Cause right now, dey all scramblin making food and tryna keep up with dere customahs and let me tell you, dey ain’t keepin up. On da plus side, da pretzel I got yestahdey was bomb! Da pizza is ono! Bettah den Costco’s cardboard pizza. But da hot dogs are bettah at Costco.

Hungry? Need something to eat while shopping or before or after? Sam’s has you covered. I like the café at Sam’s club. Their hotdogs are awesome! Some people don’t care for the pizza but I actually don’t mind it. Granted it isn’t the best pizza you can find, but still. The prices aren’t that bad either. The combos are good too. You’ll get a hot dog and a drink for $ 1.25(I know it’s over $ 1 but under $ 2) even if you don’t want the drink. It’s a good place to go for something quick… unless you order the pizza. That might take awhile.
