One Stop Titanium

These guys were amazing in every aspect of the word even after my gf forgot to hand them her keys… but the service on point very personable I like that. Prices were very reasonable, the only downside is the location it’s very tight quarters. But they get pits running all friendly and would kiss ya than bite ya. All around good atmosphere and a good vibe if you need tires, rims, or a rim fixed definitely check these guys out.

I made an appt. for a tire service. Hope my review matters for a simple service ;)
Before calling here I had a difficult time finding the tire I needed. Other shops kept giving me the run around. I ain’t got time for that!
So I called One Stop Titanium, bc of their Unilocal reviews and it was the next closest area to home. On my first call George was helpful. He checked if they had it in the warehouse, hold time was less than a minute, told me the price, and scheduled an appointment. Done done and done! Mind you the price for the specific low pro tires I needed is a good deal.
Appt. day, they didn’t have their sign but I had an idea where they were. Walked in, friendly greeting from professional local guys, told me est. wait time, small kine talk story. Mechanic didn’t take long as I expected, it was only one tire w/​mount & balance.
I’m usually sketchy going to new places for car repairs bc of previous car damages, stealing, or straight up f***n’ things up, but this place meant well.

Stopped by recently on a Saturday, I had a rear tire that was going down slowly with less than 1000 miles on it, but the tire installation was about 6 months old. The original installer was farther away and I really didn’t feel like driving all the way into town since, due to the amount of time that had passed, I was going to have to pay for them to check it out anyway.
So, I pulled up… Currently Titanium is going through a rebuilding phase and is going to be called «One Stop» as indicated by the name. No sign on the shop so it was a little hard to find, but since they were working on another car it made it kind of obvious.(duh)
Keoni was helpful, and indicated they normally only do appointments on Saturdays and explained about the rebuilding process and what they had in the works including in house powder-​coating for customers wanting color changes with fast turn around. (Not up and running yet) They would accommodate me as soon as they finished the van they were working on.
Shortly after that my car was in the stall and the one wheel was off and the tire semi dismounted for inspection. They found the area around the valve stem to be corroded from possibly a previous metal valve stem. (I had purchased the wheels used). They cleaned up the area, installed a new valve stem and checked for leaks… PERFECT!
Reinstalled the wheel and torqued to proper specs. I settled up the bill and was VERY satisfied with the price.
I highly recommend them for your wheel and tire needs!

Customer service was mediocre. I brought in some pretty bad condition chrome rims. One was bent and corroding. They said they could deal with it but the price kept going up and up. Finally decided to powder coat them black. Received rims back month later with one broken center cap and none of them were painted. My powder coat looks more of a overly can spray with gloss coat. Not satisfied and I paid about $ 1600.

Bad pass place fixed my right front rim steel rim for the matter, did a he’ll of a job bending my rim back into place. It was only a 100 dollars. Thank you so much for the man ho did the job and kimberly

Thank you to Kim for helping me out in a time of need. My low pro tire shredded and need a quick fix. Thank goodness they had my tire available & for a reasonable price. If you are near the Pearl City Industrial area check then out. Quick and friendly service…

It’s funny reading all the bad comments about this place. I’m really glad I didn’t meet the female owner because I had a great experience going here. The mechanics was nice and the reception girl was nice. I was in and out and do plan to go back. Thanks too all the other comments I’ll be prepared not to deal with the female owner to avoid any unnecessary inconveniences. I’d have to agree that this place is in an industrial area and the yard does seen kind of questionable however the price and service was perfect for what I needed when I needed it.
I hope the workers are able to keep this place open and running because it seems as if all the bad comments is about the owner that needs to be trained by her workers :)

I literally called one hour prior to getting one tire. i came 40 minutes early and they had it ready still. i parked my car i forgot the dude’s name but he jacked my car up took off the tire put the new one on and bam that’s it. some good stuff

Needed 2 new front tires for my Lexus do to pot hole damage and my rims had 3 small cracks on the back side
Keoni fixed the cracks on the rims and mounted my new tires
I was in and out of the shop in 30 min

My experience with One Stop Titanium exceeded my expectation. I popped a tire on a pothole and just knew my truck was going to be out of commission for at minimum a couple of weeks. A 28″ tire is hard to come by for a decent price and I truly thought my only option was going to be ordering online. From the first phone call I placed to Titanium, everything went smoothly. Communication, ordering, and scheduling went as planned. As stated before, I have an unusual tire that I thought would be tough to replace (295×25×28) but they had an entire set in stock and offered same day service. Their price beat all competitors by at minimum $ 40. The entire staff was courteous to me and the owner even took time point out some things i should consider maintenance wise for my wheels moving forward. He also gave me an outstanding price quote for some additional work I was intersted in for the near future. Price wise, no authorized dealer on OAHU can compete and I assure that because I compared prices island wide plus online before ordering through Titanium. Revolution Motorsports was having a going out of business sell and couldn’t match the price Titanium gave me on the tire I requested. I would suggest their services to anyone and I look forward to doing business with them in the very near future.

Got my rims back today! Overall I am happy how they turned out. Thanks to Keoni and his staff for getting the job done!

If I could go lower than 1 star I would. I’m military and had to leave Hawaii for a couple of weeks. My wife catches a flat on H1 and I call this place due to needing a rim repaired also. I call and spoke to a Kimberly and explained the situation and that my wife and kids are going to be without a vehicle and I’m not there so we need it done ASAP. She gave the ok and said it would be taken care of. Friday morning my wife drops off the truck and is told the cost of buying new tire and repairing rims. So we give them the go ahead. My wife is told she will be called the next day. The next day no call so we call Saturday and can’t get a hold of anyone till Monday evening. We Spoke to a different employee that says kim had a family issue and no one knows what’s going on with the vehicle. Kim finally calls and explains there still doing estimates on a window for the truck and would call us with a full estimate. After hearing no word till Tuesday afternoon I call to speak with the owner about the lack of communication and proceeded to get cursed out over the phone and hung up on due to him loosing an uncle. He said he shut the shop down Saturday and no one came to work til Monday afternoon. But no one informed me or my wife about this. I then receive a text from some employee stating they told my wife which was a lie. I told them not to worry about fixing the truck my wife will come pick it up. They proceeded to get offended and told me if I didn’t pick up the truck that afternoon I would receive a $ 50 fine for the day and everyday after. I told them this was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a business and the fact that my family was evolved made it worse. My wife goes to pick up the car and they try to charge her for work they didn’t even do yet. I paid the 492 and will handle this when I get back home please do not trust this place. If I could upload all the text I would so all can see for them selves. Worst business ever

Great job! Called for some tires over the phone and they had the tires ready when I showed up! Sat in the office for a bit and the car was ready in no time! Can’t wait to try out these new high performance tires! I recommend this spot for your tires for sure

Of course you welcome everyone and anyone because customer equals profit. However, it’s quite ironic to find Kimberly C. on Unilocal giving her own business a 5 when she said her business by word of mouth and don’t care what one customer has to say because they have a good pool of customers that trust them. BTW, not disclosing full information is also considered a lie Kimberly, which is what you did.
I told Kimberly that you can’t give people a date and time you can’t deliver and execute on time. You are giving false hope and time is money for people. If you say Wednesday, then Wednesday it is. If you say COMPLICATIONS and not explain it, then expect to people to wonder what is going on with their stuff in your shop. If people are gonna give you their money, you better cater to your customers needs without being so rude and being offended that they care about their stuff where they have no knowledge of what’s going on.
Anyways, the morning my husband called Kimberly, she hung up on the phone. I said «Something is fishy, don’t call back but drive and I will come with you». So we were on the way to Titanium and Kimberly C. tries to call back and I told him not to pick him up because how can she rudely hang up and decide to call back. We saw the wheel. HERE COMES OUR REVELATION. However, a birdy told us that for some strange reason, he was told to rush and start on the wheel THAT VERY MORNING. This birdy said our wheel was never even started on ever since my husband surrendered it to the shop. So there were no vague «complications» Kimberly C. claimed, ever. This explains the quick snappy defensive mode she was constantly on. At the time, I wanted to keep it on the down low because we didn’t someone to get in trouble but oh well now. Kimberly needs to be exposed.
For her #5, she gave us a time and said «I didn’t have to tell you to come later.» So even though she gave my husband a time, she never mentioned that he was to come later. Kimberly gave my husband a time to come, but not pick up. Confusing. We asked to talk to her husband to straighten up anything because God knows what twisted lie this woman has been telling him.
I asked her to also calm down because my husband and I remained calm and I mimicked her actions towards me to show her indecent behavior because things could be handled without all the animosity and negative energy she is sending off. And she explains to me, «I can talk however I want to you! I am the business order and I can do whatever I want! We have been in business for 10 years and people like the work we do. You can write your negative review because you know what? we are word of mouth and we will keep getting business.» She apparently does no caret for welfare of her customers because apparently all that matter to her was she got her money and she did the job regardless of what anyone feels.
Later on, Firestone messed up my husband’s tire and in order to get the same quality before the damage, they insisted to take it to Titanium, and instead of just taking the wheel, Kimberly told Firestone how horrible my husband was and that he’s a con. She started a fire between my husband and Firestone. It wasn’t her place to do this to anyone for whatever reason. This reflects how she runs business. Let’s say even Firestone wanted them to hurry up.
So people, if you want to risk into having the worst treatment ever if things don’t go your way, just be prepared. Feel free to go to them, but be cautious, and always check on what’s going on with your stuff. Ask lots of questions. She tried to sell my husband crappy tires (Falkin). You never know what’s going on when you can’t see anything. 10 years and this is all they have. Explains why this is all they have.
Also, if you don’t like dogs, they sometimes have their pits walking around the shop.

Military Service Members BEWARE!!!
This business manipulates service members out of their money.
Let me just say this is by far the worst company to deal with in oahu for customer service. Their work might be good but they will overcharge you if you’re not a «regular» customer. Here is the timeline of events:
9am on Monday — called Titanium to ask for. a rough estimate on the phone for a curbed rim that just needed cosmetic repairs. The women on the phone (owner) said their rim repairs start at $ 90.
11:45am on Monday — I brought the rim over to the shop and then she quickly quoted me at $ 250.00. I thought that was extreme and asked to talk to her husband the other owner of Titanium. He was very nice to deal with and he correctly quoted me for $ 150.00 due to some metal work they would have to add to the scratches. The female owner then went into how it’s going to cost $ 25.00 to install the tire back on and she can give me a good deal on some «Japanese racing tires». She gave me a quote of $ 115 per tire for some Falkens… Which later I found out that the tires msrp for $ 70.00 and they were seriously over charging me. I declined the tire installment and just agreed on the rim getting repaired without them installing the old tire back on. The women owner stated she can’t warranty their work if they can’t put a tire back on it… she said it would take two to three days and since Thursday is a holiday it would be ready by 9am on Friday.
1pm on Wednesday — I called Titanium about the status on the job and the female owner stated there has been «complications» with the wheel and she does not know when it would be done and when I asked what were the complications she restated your rim needs time for the paint to dry and we will call you when it’s ready. She would not give me a straight answer nor would she let me speak to her husband. At this point I knew she was lying to me due to the infrequency of her statements and how she immediately started to lose patience when I asked her to further explain what complications mean.
Thursday — Holiday
9:15am on Friday — I call Titanium to see if my rim was ready to be picked up and she said they would call me when it’s ready with a condescending tone. Clearly I’ve been lied to about the rim’s paint drying. When I confronted her about not appreciating being lied to she immediately starts yelling at me an hangs up on me when it was my turn to talk.
9:45pm on Friday — my wife and I arrive at the shop and the female owner immediately walks towards us in a aggressive way. I asked to get further explanation what «complications» meant and asked to talk to the mechanic. The mechanic was very nice and stated he started to work on the rim on Tuesday. I asked to see it and the rim was repaired and primed but had no paint on it. The female owner said you can pick it up in 4 or so hours and the mechanic said 2 ½. Clearly she doesn’t know what’s going on in her shop and just talks out her ass to appease the customer. I’m still waiting on the rim and I hope the painted rim comes out well.
I give Titanium 0 out of 5 stars due to the hassle I had to deal with even if they do good work.

We were originally referred by a friend, but I still chose to «shop around» first. After calling several well-​known tire shops as well as some smaller local shops, Titanium was the cheaper place by almost ½ the cost of other shops!
We needed to dismount old tires from 4 aluminum rims, mount them onto new tires, and balance them. I asked for new stems as well. I was lucky to get there when I did because a few other customers stopped in after me, and well, parking is pretty tight. Their place was a little difficult to find at first, but calls are answered promptly so getting directions was very easy.
The waiting room was very nice and accommodating! Air-​conditioned and clean, my hour wait time went very quickly and pleasantly!
Should I need their services again, I’ll DEFINITELY BE BACK, and, I’ll be referring friends and family there as well!

Lemme tell you a story.
I worked for 12 days straight. It was friday afternoon and i was feelin’ good and ready to start my weekend. Hopped on the H-​1 west bound, traffic was light for 4PM. Getting closer to my exit i could almost taste the suds from a well deserved beer. Then «BOOM!» some idiot that didn’t know how to secure his junk in his truck sends tools flying out of his bed. couple cars dodged it, some cars got smacked up by the falling junk. everybody trying to dodge. then «BOOM!» i ran over what appeared to be a large 2×4 from that same truck. Truck starts speeding off while the rest of the cars pulled over to check the damage. My car starts pulling to the right hissing air. can’t even chase the guy down because the tire went flat. I’m all sick because this jerk messed up my friday. and my extremely rare old school SSR longchamp wheel. After popping on the spare, i checked my phone to look for a repair shop. and «BAM!» the ONLY one stop shop showed up on my phone (TITANIUM BABY!) They were only a couple miles away too. Dropped by right before they closed to see if they could help me out. The wheel was super messed up. Bent and bowed out about an inch on BOTH sides. I was hoping they could save me because the wheel was super hard to find and SSR wants about $ 500 for a new one plus gotta pay crazy Hawaii shipping costs. you know how it is. So i dropped of the wheel and started filling out paper work. I asked «do you think it can be fixed?» And then Braddah man goes «Psssshhh! been there done that! i seen waaaaay worse. i call you up tuesday at latest.» That sounded soo good to hear. So i drank my weekend away to curb my saltiness of that monkey that sped off in the truck that broke my wheel. Monday rolled around, Sure enough, i got that phone call at work. «your rim pau» picked it up after work and put it on right there. Car looks sick again and it only took a weekend! Thanks Titanium!
And aye, if i ever come across that guy in that truck again, ima break his rims and hand him a TITANIUM business card. LOL just joke.
But straight up, quick service, excellent work (can’t even tell my rim was damaged) friendly staff. and they do it all! repair refinishing you name it. they live up to their reputation as the one stop wheel shop. I recommend this shop to anybody with wheel problems. It was a pleasure doing business.
