Exceedingly hit or miss. Sometimes I get exactly what I ordered with a smile, and sometimes I get a grimace, and coffee that tastes like the grimace looks. They close earlier than their hours state, so if you’re wanting a late night latte, tough luck. This location really is like playing Russian Roulette and I try to avoid coming here as much as possible.

The service is very slow. Very, very slow. And mistakes are made quite often. But at least they’re all nice.

Honestly, the worst Starbucks of the dozens(probably more) I’ve been to. I kept trying, because they’re close to work, but: 1) red-haired young supervisor is very loud, enjoys horseplaying with staff, lots of teen/ya drama — so insanely unprofessional — it’s like they’re hanging out in someone’s basement or under the bleachers 2) drivethrough is 2 – 3 times slower than any other SB I’ve been to, even when there’s no line 3) parking outside is limited and you risk getting hit by people speeding around the building to get to the oddly placed(add-on) drivethrough — had several near-misses when trying to back out of a spot 4) one time a supervisor(Shay) closed early«because she wanted to go home,» kicking out me and a group of senior citizens who meet there weekly to chat(I know them from my job) 5) except for one barista(a very nice young man), no one seems to know what they’re doing — when they make a drink, they take forever and look confused(see #2) It’s just — a complete poo-show. Completely irredeemable. Raze it already.

Found this Starbucks location when on in dire emergency need of a post-lunch coffee. Nothing special about this location — just a place to get your coffee and go. The location seemed a little sketchy for some reason — I wasn’t comfortable sitting here more than 30 minutes before I decided to book it, even though I had work to do. I picked up my half-finished latte and headed to the park. Jones Bridge is nearby where I could get some walking in. Convenient for someone in Peachtree Corners or Norcross, but probably not somewhere I would hang out for long.

This is one of the best Starbucks in Georgia. The manager Megan is very hands on with her team and she makes sure the store runs right way. It’s always clean and the baristas are very friendly.

Love the locations and they’re speedy! Starbucks seasonal a drink the blackberry frappaccino is my FAVORITE and a lot of places say they don’t now how to make it, but this place does no problem!

Hands down to the best Starbucks in town. The baristas there knows my order by heart as soon as they hear my voice on the intercom. My favorite Starbucks location.

This Starbucks use to be really good. Then they put the drive thru in and changed employees. Today is the last time I will be coming here. I mean how do you mess up a grande vanilla latte and coffee frapp. If I didn’t have to go to work I would of asked for a remake.

Only reason I continue to visit this location is it’s proximity to work. Most days if I’m in the mood for Starbucks I’ll deliberately go out of my way to visit a different location to avoid this one, but sometimes I give this one a shot. I’d say 75% of the time I go through the drive thru, my order is wrong. I’ve never had my order wrong when ordering in-store, so I’m not sure where the communication breakdown is. Despite the service inside taking more time than any other Starbucks location I’ve visited, the wait time in-store is nothing compared to the drive thru. I can only recall one time where I ordered and each car consistently waited less than a minute at the window before the line moved. More often, it’s a 3 – 4 minute wait per car. More than once I’ve waited 15 minutes in this drive thru. That, coupled with getting my order completely wrong, always leads to me taking a break from this location for a while, hoping my emails to management take effect by my next visit. So far, no luck.

News for those asking for a drive thru, they have one now. But to accomplish this it required a major renovation which closed the business for a while. After the renovation, at least 95% of the original staff no longer works there(only one person I have recognized since they re-opened). If I wrote this review before the renovation I would have given them 4 or 5 stars. Now, I give one because the drinks are so inconsistent, it’s 50:50 odds for them getting it right the first time. The drive thru, well. that’s why I’m writing this now, the gentleman working drive thru has no ability to multi-task(nothing wrong with him as a person, just not cut out for the job). I waited nearly 10 minutes after pulling up to the window before he even opened the window to greet me(He was taking orders from those driving up after me). Finally, he opens the window only to find out he rang my order up wrong. So it took him another couple of minutes to figure out how to correct my order. I could tell he was new so I can’t hold that against him, but when I see him asking someone else for help and she just completely ignores him, well… I almost wanted to drive away(one person behind me drove off after ordering). But I didn’t because I feel that would be rude to the nice guy at the window. This is a call out to management, I suggest you do some quality assurance here and provide training where it is needed. And most importantly, you need some sort of team building here, because there are a few people in there who just don’t care about helping the new folks.

This is neither the worst nor the best Starbucks I’ve visited. In general the staff are very kind and helpful, although there is the occasional L5P wantabe portraying more attitude than necessary. They are reasonably fast and efficient — the drive through is a recent addition — I don’t use it, preferring not to pollute what little we have left of air quality with the fumes of an idling truck, but I suppose it’s more convenient than not having one.

Average Starbucks for peachtree parkway. There is no drive-thru, but it looks like(by construction) that they are in the hopes for one. Very small parking lot, plus the inside is small too. Hard to find a seat when its crowded. The people who work there are friendly to an extent. The drinks are a little off at this location. I usually get a non-fat, no whip white chocolate mocha grande with an extra shot of expresso. I have to say… does not the taste the same as the other Starbucks in the area. Have no idea if they know how to make it or just not enough experience. I usually avoid this location when possible. Not worth my headache, rather drive to the one on peachtree industrial blvd.

Typically I would give this place a 3 star review solely because it was adequate and that’s it, but the MORNINGCREW today, which included a red headed girl named Emily with a septum piercing, made it a 4 star! This was the perfect morning shift of workers. Went in at 7:15am on a MONDAY, yes MONDAY, and they are singing and dancing to some classic Aritha. THAT I can«Respect»! Thanks for being so bright and genuine, that made up for the drab and lackluster experience I had 3 days earlier during a Friday afternoon. Keep it up:)

Nothing special. Two non smoking round tables outside that are familiar to anyone who frequents Starbucks. Tables are under an overhang. Restaurant next door allows smoking outside so you’ll get a whiff sometimes. Smallish inside but it is bright. Restrooms are one-holes with a slight funky smell. Not pristine but not dirty either. Drink was average. Staff friendly. Trash cans full and beverage station messy. Not a destination Starbucks but ok for a short stay.

Ok, so I have to say that this Starbucks is the slowest and has the worst customer service! I went there with a friend and there were 4 employees working and 2 customers in line. We waited almost 20min for 2 café mochas. I mean really, do they only need 1 on the register, 1 writing names on the cups, 1 making the coffee and one God only knows what they were doing. By the time our order was taken there were 10+ people in line. All I can say is that the coffee was made correctly and I wish they had a drive thru!

Not a bad Starbucks location. Just moved to the area and was hoping to become a regular here. Staff is always incredibly friendly & attentive, drink is always decent, patrons are always nice. Unfortunately, I was sitting in here yesterday and noticed a large brown roach skittering across the floor. It could have come in on a box during a new shipment, since this isn’t something I’ve ever seen before, but I just can’t deal. Couple that with the less than pristine state of the bathroom, and I have to find a new fave Starbucks. Sorry guys.

This is my weekday, afternoon pick me up, close to work Starbucks, not to be confused with my before work and anytime on the weekend, close to home Starbucks. I probably go to this location about three times a month but I always have a consistently positive experience. The partners are always friendly, the store is always clean, and my drink is always wonderful. This location is located in a small little strip with a couple of other stores and to me it is more of an in and out Starbucks. There are several tables inside and out, but this is not the type of location where you would want to park it and work all day. The store is small and you would be lucky to find a table for that. Like a snowflake, there are no two Starbucks exactly the same and because of that there are some that I like and some that I avoid. This one is definitely on the«like» list.

That awkward moment when the woman you’re dancing behind bends over so you can grind it, then you realize she just lost an earring… and that no one else in Starbucks can hear your iPod. Outside of that, it’s a good location, friendly staff. Not very big, a couple of tables outside to watch the traffic.

In dire need of a Caramel Macchiato and halfway home from being way the heck away from home, I used the Starbuck app on my iPhone to find a location to get my fix. Luckily, it found me this one as I would never have found it on my own. They made me a pretty decent drink, however, one of the baristas mopped around me while I waited and did not leave me a dry path for the door?! I was no t n the best shoes for tip-toeing through the newly wet floor, so I gingerly walked to the door and slipped a little. I would have felt bad for messing up the clean floor had they not mopped me into a corner. Anyway, the stopre was empty except for me, so mop slower and wait for me to leave, then finish mopping, or mop me right out the door? I dunno, but it was weird and a little dangerous.
