Staples the Office Superstore

Went in mainly to recycle ink with their credit program and buy a few cartridges as well. Costs a little more than some online sites, but I’ve been burned there before.
Ended up getting good deals on other paper products too: paper towel, napkins and tissue were on sale; even cheaper than Publix bogo.

Management unresponsive to a repair issue. We bought an Asus computer and added the service contract. We had problems with the WiFI and after several trips to the stop which did not solve the problem, asked for service at our home. Were refused as they said it was a problem with our internet provider and not covered. We have since found that 1. it was not our provider, 2, ASUS has had problems with their WiFi. We had to hard wire that computer (others we have work fine). Our letters concerning this problem to both corporate and local manager have brought no response. I believe courtesy would suggest st least a phone call. Our purchases at Staples and particularly this store will probably be non-​existent.
